  • In this video Neil Trinder shows us around is 1941 Matchless G3 Military Motorcycle. The location for this video was the VMCC's first Duty to Ride final stop which was the National Memorial Arboretum.
    The VMCC's Duty to Ride aims to fundraise efforts to dedicate a memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum in honour of all motorcyclists who have lost their lives or been seriously injured whilst riding in the course of their duties.

    My Grandad rode a G3 in Egypt in the Royal Marine Commandos in the 1950s. I have some photos of it that I colour restored. I just bought a 1929 T4.

    My father served in the R.A.F in WW2. Towards the end of the war, he was a dispatch rider stationed in Germany. R.I.P Dad
