"Potato soup should be potato soup!"

We present to you the preparation of the simplest potato soup, made without any frills and hocus pocus: the simpler, the better. You can make a divinely delicious soup with just a few ingredients, which will literally feed you. We wish you pleasant cooking and a very good appetite!
Ingredients:
An ek. fat, 5-6 medium potatoes diced, 2 dl sour cream, water and 2 tbsp flour for the batter, salt, pepper, marjoram, a bed of red onion, 2 medium bay leaves, smoked stock (if available) and some vinegar to taste . If someone refuses to eat meat, it can be used as a garnish with some vinegar.
