  • Hey guys, FatBuddyCat here! Today, we are taking a look at a few of the obstacles that will come up when modifying your ct70 clone handlebars and foot pegs. I'm using parts I already have and a few budget friendly options to get the job done (sort of). I will be swapping to a wider, bmx style in the future, but in this video, I'll show you how to swap the risers anyway.
    **I prefer to do things myself. Sometimes, it's not the easy way, but at least I'll 100% know my fail points, allowing me to expedite repair procedures in the future.

      That's what I'm about! I want other people to get a completely raw view on what they might be up against if they themselves buy one of these. I'm new to this, wait till you see the next adventure while rigging up the lights....oh boy!

      I hope! I've been very busy and the rain has been relentless. I'll have free time again soon enough.

      @@fatbuddycat After watching your video I went searching for one and they’re not badly priced new. I always wanted a 125 Razkull but I don’t think they make them anymore. 😞

      @DIYWilly they are cool little bikes. The street legal aspect is awesome, no worries when riding. It really opens up your options, no trails or atv parks necessary.

    Wow you got another one.Those engines look more reliable than the 212cc but I think the 212cc might be faster.

      @fatbuddycat  Před rokem +2

      They are definitely more reliable but nowhere near as easy to fix.

    Nice bike! Are you already thinking about next June?

      At this rate it will be next June before I have time to do anything. My cousin needed a hand on a difficult floor installation that is taking forever to complete. Full sub floor tear out and carpet ran under the framing. The demo itself is a nightmare.

    Hey Big Cat, hoping you can help me out. Bike idles, but loses power and cuts out on take off. You think I should buy new carb rather than mess with the stock one? If so, what carb would you recommend?

    • @fatbuddycat
      @fatbuddycat  Před rokem +1

      What else is done to the engine? I'm running a stock jetted carb on my BT200X.

      @@fatbuddycat I got her fixed, swapped in a carb from Amazon, back in business!

      @bryankemp7159 good luck with it, I've only had maybe 1 carb off of Amazon that worked. When it comes to important parts like that I use Ombwarehouse.com or EC.
