I just did this to my hurricane today. I can’t even believe how different the bike is. I also have the upgraded rear shocks from Go-Powersports. Thanks for the awesome idea and great instructions on this video. Cheers!
@hellcatdad3883 I'm glad it helped! It gets it stiffened up without being over the top. Trailmaster is a great bike and can last a long time if maintained and ridden respectively for what it is.
Dude you’re so awesome for this. My son and I just built up a bt200 following your video. Thank you for takin the time to put it out there for everyone else gettin into it. You took a ton of guess work out of it for us.
@kevrg no problem! Super glad I could help.
I've been trying to get mine going but realized I need a pump hahab doh!
Muốn mua phụ Tùng ở đâu anh
I received mine and I’m having fitment issues on my baja warrior and Coleman because I’m running 420 chains and 12t sprockets any other tips than re spacing the back wheel or using a stud instead of a bolt right under the clutch? Love the quality of these but I can’t run a 35 chain
Hey fatbuddycat I have been trying to find someone who has been into the jackshaft I’m looking to grease the bearings do you think I should be able to pop the seals off with shaft in place? Been asking on facebook but I get those bearings are sealed line bs in other words no one knows! I always check with you or the goat thanks in advance
@joegenova1198 The correct way is to remove the shaft and get the bearings out....that said, I know how daunting the task truly is. If you can remove just the outside seals, a guy could deuce them out with a little brakleen and get the majority of any of the old contaminated grease. I'd go after the balls with a toothbrush and a little dish soap (😄), light blow with the compressor or a gentle suck with the shop vacuum to dry, you don't want to blow the seal out on the inside since you're trying to leave the bearings in place. Pack then with new #2 grease and reassemble. If the bearings are in fact, worn, you either get the old ones out or you get a whole new unit.
I just picked up a B200RSV. I’m loving it so far. I’m gonna go with the ECcarburator 2 stage set up for mine, then get the upgraded cradle bushings and 2 inch lift kit that’s available for it. Adding 2” really brings the bike together. The bushings are very low quality in the engine cradle… so upgrading them when adding HP is a must in my opinion because your chain will start popping off from the bushings failing and causing the engine to vibrate significantly more. Thanks for sharing your experience with this mini bike. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Just bought one it arrives Sunday 😊 your idle is way too high bro it’s going to get hot as fuk be careful
Just ordered 2 thanks brother
Terrible just buy oem brake
@rodri53882 how is it terrible? The stock brake couldn't keep up with the rotational force of the heavier/larger circumference wheels let alone the engine. I prefer larger disc brake calipers but they take even more modification to install.
Gps sells china Amazon parts for more money.
where did you get the throttle arrangement Or did you make it your self ( I want one ) it look like a good idea
@tonyblewitt6159 I use Tuck and Run linkage from OMBWAREHOUSE.COM. They work with a governor and can be set up to run without one as well.
Which is better, this new Coleman or the Trailmaster MB200X ?
@franknapolitano9144 I owned a Trailmaster already. I prefer the Coleman. The RSV is tough. There's a dude on Facebook (robby morris) who makes a swingarm relocation kit if you wanted to lift it up higher like a Trailmaster. Stock I had issues with the MB200-2, they look cool till you touch them and realize how cheap the plastics, foot pegs and seat are. If you dump about 2500 into a Trailmaster with some custom upgrades they improve.
Great video bro
Im currently 310lbs. I bought my 2005 Honda Metropolitan brand new from Honda Dealer in Long Island in December 2004 and I was 330lbs then. Currently I have 65,675 miles on the odometer. I use it about 4X a week.

Im thinking ducar with cvt on my baja dirtbug front suspension with hydraulic brake and some ape hangers would be a fun build

Smooth and dependable! My family enjoys taking it out for rides. I typically take my ct70 clone, but sometimes a scooter ride around the back roads is what's in order.
So much fun. I would love to get one of these ct clones. I grew up on a mini trail 50 and kid down the street had a ct70. Glad to see ya post again.

It rips nicely. The 4spd manual is a blast on back roads.
I always wondered how my pro would have been with rear suspension I've got to get my street tires mount Sunday so I can finish my motovox stretch big brake kit throwing a ducar on it for now should be fun
I love this engine so far. Easy to start but as soon as you hit the throttle it's noticeably a performer, right down to the exhaust note.
The power wheelie are sick
Braaaaap! That was a sweet little bike.
That thing is mint Buddy
It's high class for a mini bike, I'm only doing simply mods by replacing the factory parts with higher quality ones. It rides like a luxury SUV. Wide and comfortable.
@@fatbuddycat Hell yeah....Stage Nasty🤙
can you put a 212cc engine on it? and whats top speed without govener. nice video btw
I don't really get caught up in the whole top speed thing with minibikes. It's got a Ducar 212 with the governor removed and a 5250rpm coil installed on it presently. I probably get it up around 35 in the yard and top out somewhere around 50 if I had enough room to stretch her legs.
What size Allen bolts are those?
5/16-24 on the gx200.
Which is the knockoff?
I guess it depends who has a patent to design and manufacturing, others they both could be. I own three of the silver ones.
@@fatbuddycat I’d bet it is all Chinese manufactured- there are no patent laws there. I worked for an international manufacture (42 years) we could literally bring a complex part to China and have production copy manufacturing ready in 4 to 5 days. None of it makes it right it’s just the wild - Wild West in China and they handle export without question.
Thinking about picking up a Ducar 212. Would it be necessary to get a billet rod or would it be fine with just a limited coil?
I'm running mine with a limited coil and torque converter so it won't get too high up in rpm. The Ducar can be setup for 5300 rpm out of the box with a regular governor, similar to the Tillotson 212R. The Ghost, Ducar and 212r all utilize stock cast rods.
Here's a cool video about it.......czcams.com/video/8OZIwCP7AU8/video.htmlsi=gYVBiBk0XZDpBLz2
@@fatbuddycat Thank you. I'm just wanting a reliable engine and don't want anything to explode lol. It'll be a straight chain for my setup.
@wasabimane they are kart racing engines, they typically run clutches on those.
I gotta try that coil mabey randy put it in not sure motor still running strong 3years 🙏
They are nice, I'm not a fan of traditional mechanical governors but I love the simplicity/reliability of a stock carb. I didn't want a Ghost with a cheap slide job and no aluminum flywheel.
@@fatbuddycatgot ya 👌
Ahhh my first not my last ....my everything the Ducar engine when ass kickin and taking names later is the bizz 💪🏼💯💨💨💨
I'm genuinely impressed, it even has a great sound for a stock muffler. I was going to go 224 but then got to thinking about the smoother stroke in their 212. I want this bike stone cold dependable. Not saying all 224s are rough but I'm also not risking the side cover vibrating loose as easily with the 212.
@fatbuddycat I chose the ducar over the others for my first mini and I love it still thinking bout the pro equip kit on ebay for 115 gives the flat piston billet rod ect
@Spacecruizer203 I'm working on a 224 right now that should turn up nicely. I enjoy building engines. This one I had to clearance for the rod which was way easier than I thought. I had to make an adjustment to my piston height, first time going over 265 and using 1:2 roller rockers.....custom pushrod length and stuff....
@fatbuddycat tell ya the truth if I get all the tools I'm gonna juice this one up something naztyy
@fatbuddycat I know I saw that vid u did I was like dam that's a rippa
I am restoring an engine. (It’s just a clone 196cc) and noticed that it has aluminum push rods. I think I would rather have steel pushrods in it though. I have a spare clone 163cc that has steel pushrods. The aluminum rods are 0.0035 shorter than the steel rods. Would it be ok for me to swap them? Is that a big enough difference to warrant not swapping or will this difference not be a problem? Thanks for any help.
As long as the geometry looks good you'll be ok. If the 163 is based on a gx160 then it will have the same 5.260 Pushrods as a 196. A 160 has a shorter cylinder with the same 68mm bore as a 196, same valves as a 196....they use shorter lifters to make up for it.
I got a request, do a video of a mega moto along side of you colman RSV. I'd like to know the physical size, etc in the to. Seat height, length of wheel base, peg to seat, etc. I haven't seen this anywhere.
I'd say it's slightly longer than a mm212 without suspension. With the swingarm kit the mm212 would be longer I think. It's smaller than the MB200-2 in length and height but it's wider and has a stronger frame. The RSV is a really neat bike in person.
I agree about the frame and looks just like the MM. Seen the MM up against the colman that is like the RSV without rear suspension and it looked lower than the MM, but the frame looks exactly like the MM. I have a TM and is a great bike but I want a beefier frame. Trying to decide on MM or RSV. MM needs to step it up!
That sounds great!
Even with the stock exhaust you can tell she's got something cooking!
