There isn't an old style or a new style, there is a right style that many organists don't grasp. Playing, interpreting, are not fashionable concepts... Art does not follow fashions, art is above fashions. Great performers put themselves at the service of great composers to restore great music. Instead the mediocre ones exploit the great composers to show off supposed abilities that do not go beyond the fact of pressing keys without any creativity.
Magnifique ! L'enregistrement d'épooque a un certain charme, on entend même le bruit de mécaniques, je ne sais pas si c'était courant de les enregistrer aussi
Perfect tempo and registration for that space on the first piece, which is one of my favorites. I know it's an old recording, but I have to wonder if, considering today's technology, there is any way it could be remastered.

An older "style," of playing, yes, but what a wonderful Style!
