- A Tufting gun is a machine that interweaves yarn into fabric (Tufting Cloth) to make a rug. I really enjoy my cut pile, and Its all up to your imagination on what kind of rugs you can make!!!

Most are moving to a duo and away from and an AK1. I have the Neon duo available on my site
Is there a way to switch the needle on the upgrade ak1, I happen to have that and just got it, but it's so hard to thread the yarn cuz of the small holee
Some machines, like mine have an adjustable hole, but not many. My first thought was to just drill out the hole a little bit, but then the metal might get a little rough and cause the yarn to snag. I’m not aware of a place to get a new needle, as most machines have different screw placements

Normally you wont be able to tell just from the outside. It mainly has to do with the circuit board and different types of metal used to make the machine
