If you have numbness the shoe is less important, the numbness makes it difficult to feel the ground and gas and brake

My mother is having foot ulcer and as per doctor suggestion she is using bruman genie diabetic shoes since 10 years and wound is not healing could you advise which shoes to wear so that wound heals
