People talk about cove like it was never his voice and emotion on those records. It's funny cause he was in the band longer than Anthony Green too but people want to down play it. The songs are good period! He was on the road all those days and nights just like the rest of them. Being on the road is hard, so props to you cove!

If he hadn't had his confidence DESTROYED by "his brothers" and because of that didn't turn to screaming, and just sang his clean vocals, his band would be bigger than Saosin by now. Dead American fucking RULES. The drummer pales in comparison to Alex, I'm sorry to say, but Cove sounds AMAZING on New Nostalgia! And there's 2 bonus songs that I'm sworn to secrecy and can not put them on CZcams, but they are incredible. Hes absolutely still got it, and I'll leave it at that
AMEN 💯‼️ Cove was phuckin FENOMENAL with Saosin and they were going places. He might have had a spell where he didn't sound great live, but he sounded BEAUTIFUL on the record. If they would have tried to help him, instead of ditching him and trashing him, they could be one of the biggest bands ever. But, like DICKS, they kicked him out and tried to go on without him. Like he was INTEGRAL to their success!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now look at them. ONE new album in 12 fucking years, & their name on the "When We Were Young festival" was so small, if you weren't looking for it, you'd miss it. They should have been headlining that shit
Cove's honestly more impressive of a vocalist to me, anthony has the range because his voice is naturally really high while you can hear that cove is more of a standard voice type who's learned how to sing higher like chris cornell, so he's got more range
I think performances like this were evidence of what cove could have been if the other band Bros were encouraging instead of criticizing him into this depressed Rasta he became. Cove is a sweetheart and I hope this new era of Saosin gets him the respect he deserves.
How come in videos of Cove singing songs he originally sang on everyone talks about how Anthony is better but in videos of Cove singing songs Anthony recorded they talk about how Cove is actually really good????

Like, that's just what his natural voice sounds like. Cove has to really try to get there, but when he does it's God damned beautiful
