@@tkc5898 As a single mom of two, I had a regular baby shower. Now that I'm an older woman, looking back I do wish I was married with a husband, and not being at the shower without the father.
The shower was nice though. My family went all out. Now my second child there was no baby shower, and that was fine with me.

This was so beautiful...We relate to the expectant parents in so many ways. Going through that type of transition is tough and it truly makes a world of difference to have people who can surround you like family especially during major life moments. Praying for an easy delivery, and a perfectly healthy baby and speedy recovery for mom.
