I would say an appropriate time to get the outfit is if you calculate How many sc you need to buy the outfit in total, and then calculate how long it takes you to buy the outfit just from using the weekly allowance. Ex. The club outfit costs a total of 526 sc. So, just from the weekly allowance, it would take 6 weeks in total to buy the outfit if you started from 0 sc. From that the owner should allow 6 weeks for the members to get the outfit.
My club has a club horse and uniform, but it’s not mandatory to have either. I like it this way, since it means that no one’s being pressured into buying something that they might not like.

since I am german, I am in a German club called „elite roses circle“. We are a dressage club, and we also own two clubhorses and 2 outfits, which are very similar to eachother. We got 3 months to buy everything. :)
In my opinion I think your club is wayyyyyyyyyy over the top making you change outfits and horse AND making you buy two horses and two outfits for it. In my club you just need a club horse and outfit and it won't change.

I'm in an rrp club (Jupiter Saddles). We're POSSIBLE sister clubs with Dark Troopers (One of the most elite clubs in night sprinkles O-O). So, there isn't a club out fit.
Personally my club has rules on club colours and like depending on the occasion, say if it were dressage we would wear something more fancy and use a fancier horse. I do like wearing a club outfit because I guess it represents the club more but everyone has different things and sometimes people don’t always commit to the club and leave later on and then they are left with a club outfit that they probably will never wear again and waisted heaps of star coins on it.
I’m in a club called enigma stars and they do require a club outfit I have 90% of it I just need the decorations and they don’t have a time limit for you to get the outfit and horse
