The worse thing you can do to a battery is charge it after every use, you need to drain it to a minimum 25% before charging

When the charger is on or the battery is on ? Cuz the charger being on would do nothing to it your eventually would have to plug the charger into the wall anyway if your thinking its gunna push to many volts at once right when plugged in it's not I've never seen any sparks when plugging in my battery

Yes, you can! I have a detached garage so it's easier to bring the battery inside to charge it

The gas emitted is highly toxic. I charge mine on the porch. With a fireblanket.

The gas emitted in case of fire is highly toxic. Charging outside with a fire blanket sounds like a great precaution to take. However under a normal use the battery does not emit and toxic gas that I am aware of

How many hours could one full charge give you on a full drive? considering of getting one to help on gas.
Depends on how fast you're going. Full charge in decent weather is usually around 3 hours of driving on the highway, if you keep it at a reasonable speed and aren't going 80+
How much does it cost? (The bike)
Most himiway bikes are around 1300-1800 I haven't checked in a lil while but pretty good price for what they offer
Does the charging ? How much does it reflect your electricity bill

You should not charge everytime, charge when there is 1 bar left on display
Doesn't matter with these types of batteries
I leave my batteries in fire proof bags just to be safe.
