I'm usually not the one for DIYs but this one uses already tested and formulated products, you're just mixing them more like layering actives. And it works🙌🏼🙌🏼 Apply the treatment to the affected areas, allowing it to absorb into the skin. Follow up with sunscreen for protection. Conduct a patch test before use and consult a dermatologist if needed.
I also faced severe acne.. tried so many creams, nothing worked. Started waking up early (5-6am), avoided outside food, any sugar , any packaged food for 3 months. It worked magically.
As time went on, my face lost its glow, developed dark spots and blemishes that seemed to multiply despite my efforts with various skincare routines. After researching a lot, I finally got litttleextra rice berry face serum and began applying it beneath my sunscreen. Weeks passed, and the serum started to work its magic. The dark spots slowly faded away, revealing a smooth and more even-toned complexion. Apart from this, I began washing my face three times a day. Then, I started drinking about six glasses of water daily. I made an effort to eat less junk food, and began getting myself involved in physical activities to I could have a wonderful sweat on my face. All this worked, and I achieved a nice glow on my face.
Yep just imagine someone who will do the same thing like she is mixing active oh god... It can distroy skin barrier... She have a good skin which can handle it... But she should not share these diy ideas 😶
To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It's beneficial. Drink at least 2 liters water per day. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary. 3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
Good and ideal for normal and dry skin as well for oily skin throughout winters. Based on my experience, rice berry face wash is great suitable for those who just want to maintain their skin health both inside and outside.

I am using clindamycin phosphate and Nicotinamid gel at night to control acne and morning can i use Azeleic acid to clear dark spots, is it safe to use?
Here’s something you should know. Not every pigmentation is the same & neither is everyone’s skin type. So the dark spots/pigmentation is treated according to one’s skin type & the reason causing it. Most importantly, you are mixing way too many active ingredients with very potent percentages in a “DIY”. Girl if it suits you, You do you! but please don’t recommend this to others. Even if you use too much of a 1 single active, it’ll peel your skin off like nobody’s business & here you’re making a concoction of multiple actives that’ll cause inflammation, extreme peeling, redness & may even cause burns (god save if someone has a dry, sensitive skin type)
First off all you need to set at least 5 min time span between every active and sometimes over exfoliating skin can cause damage skin barrier even red as hell don't do this cause it not suppose to use like that and this acid meant to use at night time not in sun light
If someone seriously looking for some skin solution please visit qualified dermatologist and let them suggest.. watch latest TRS episode with Dermatologist and you will know why ....❤
