I'm Anna and I've been creating planner stickers & stationery for my small business, Plannerface, since 2016! My understanding is barcodes become very useful for inventory management the larger and more varied your product range is. They're also useful if you begin to distribute your products through a variety of venues like markets/fairs, wholesale through retailers, etc.
Thank you - I'm glad it was helpful!! Yesss that's such a good point for wholesale - I don't do anything like that so slipped my mind! I also think the data you'd get with barcodes would be so useful for decision making.
