Steve Black in't a prick he's worked with pro's in rugby and football and he makes them work hard but they gain the strength, power stamina etc. He has worked with Jonny since he pretty much started professional rugby i think or a bit younger. Jonny's pretty much used to working like that as he needs to if he wants to keep his game aand he does. Well Done to Jonny a true living legend.
jonny wilkinson is an absolute legend, no one in history can kick a rugby ball like he did and his defensive game beats any other fly half hands down, and even when he had to he could beat his man and get that all important break and lets not forget he completed the most important drop goal in history, the pressure on his shoulders before that kick ha dan Carter would of sliced it!!

yea i know what over-training can do to you, but he isn't over-training at all he is at the peak of fitness therefore this sort of training is completely suited to him....he wouldn't do this the day before a game would he!

How does that compare with Carter??
