Lovely playing that reveals the beauty of this 000. I played a used one in a store once, and the tone and sustain on it were magical. I was smitten and have been pining for one.
Chris, I love the way you play guitar, soulful!!..I have the same guitar, sounds fantastic!...is there any tutorial to play oth songs?... regards from Chile.
Steven Piekarski hi Steven May I ask what other Martins are in your collection. I’m very interested why this one is your favorite? I’ve owned 2 Standard D18’s, D18 GE, GPCPA1, D35 & others. Back before prices went through the roof. I regret not holding on to at least one of them. I’ve been looking at this 000-15 a while mainly because I can no longer afford other higher end models. Any feedback you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@@ohiosouthpaw4283 hi i played one today in a shop and it was really nice. Ive got a d28 which i really like but im looking fot something smaller. 00015sm great for travis style, blues, strumming and even bluegrass flatpicking all these styles worked for me. In my opinion the slothead 12 fret sounds better than the 14 fret 00015. Hope this helps
Beautiful playing. This is way out of my league but what strings are you using. This sounds beautiful. Trumps every other guitar I've ever heard and I grew up in a guitar playing home.
Hi Chris! Could you tell me please: what kind of "artificial nails" are you using on this video for thumb? Looks pretty comfortable :) Thanks in advance!
This was recorded on an Audio Technica AT2020 Condenser Mic: www.elderly.com/audio-technica-at2020-cardioid-condenser-microphone.htm Thanks for watching!
I put medium elixirs on mine and it looks like too much tension on the body, it bows in a little and the guitar is new. The high e is only a 12 or 13..

Bought one yesterday, spent 3 hours going through guitars and I kept going back to this one
Beautiful video..very well done!
I recently purchased one. The 000-SM15 is a wonderful sounding guitar.
You have a dreadnought as well?
Lovely playing!
Great playing and review

000-15SM just wawww 🤩
That tone. Wow.
Gorgeous. I'd really like to get my hands on one, but apparently, they are back ordered and will take 4-5 months to get into my local shop. Hmm!
just got mine today, the best Martin I have to date!

Cant decide between this one and the Taylor 322e 12 fret. Love both!
I am experiencing the same dilemma.
There is no comp the Martin is heads and tails 4 times the guitar
Lovely video, very impressed, what is the mics, so i can gauge how bright the guitar is?
What a stunning sounding guitar this is. The only problem with your reviews though is you make any guitar sing! :)

It's a thumb pick.
Oh wow, what song is that starting at 1:00. So cool. Love this guitar.
Yes yes, ok, now I recognize it. Thank you!
So what song is it???
@@bernoulli1 pretty baby
I'd be grateful if someone could put a name to the classical piece at the end. Mesmerising.
I have $300 Gretsch guitar of this parlor type which is so fun to play.
Nice video and nice playing. Is this a 000-15SM or a 00-15SM as stated in the video?
+Strumming "Strummer George" 000-15SM
Hi Chris:
Beautiful guitar playing! What tune are you playing at 1:00?
I always knew it as “pretty baby”
Music sheets for pretty baby anyone, please? Thanks!
Are the frets thin and small ?
Like a classical ax
What mic have you used for this?

How is the action on this? You said OO but it's a OOO right?
should change title or correct video--00 or 000?
Your audio says this is a 00-15SM but the title below says 000-15SM. Can you please clarify? Thanks.
Good catch. This is a 000-15SM.
Bach? Nice

Adjust your truss rod.
OO not OOO.
I wish the OOOM had the 1.75" nut but it doesn't sound as nice as the OOOSM which has 1 11/16".
