bro my arms are 11.5 inches and i just trained for 1 month and i am 13
Yeah Iâve been struggling!!! But one more thing is that Iâm shredded so like single digit body fat maybe thatâs why itâs hard to grow if I go for a bulk obv in a month I can get it to 14+ but I want to stay lean and build only muscle
@@edwin.sajeev you cannot build "only" muscle and if you do take that route don't complain when you look quite the same 2 years later. Bulk and stop being in love with being lean you are stunting your own muscle growth. No, you are not getting 14 inch arms on a bulk in one month unless it's a heavy dirty bulk. Bulk and stop brainwashing yourself into believing that building muscle the "lean" way is a thing just fucking up the calories I am not telling you to go bear mode. Stay within 20 percent bodyfat. Will it suck at first? yeah but when you look at your lifts and weights going up exponentially filling out those tshirts you'll thank yourself for that decision and for the muscle you''ll gain. Stop being a skinny for show on instagram, you can make anyone look big on instagram if they sub 10 percent bodyfat and lean with the right lighting and filters.

Now, know that many variables effect maintenance calorie numbers and if youâre consuming caffeine (increases calories required by 10-20% depending on dosage), your daily activity level (how much you move during your travel and work life), that isnât even considering actual amount of exercise done. Food choices matter too. All summing up to make maintenance calculators inaccurate.
So you can see why maintenance calorie from calculators is not a good metric to base your training off when only in a slight surplus. What to do? Look at the mirror and the scales. If you gain weight/lose fat visually youâre doing good, if you gain then you know youâre having too much. Find your maintenance and then do your surplus,
Most of us canât just look at the mirror and judge ourselves and your first point I do agree with it , but I was trying to tell is for everyone in a general point of view, If you could also drop a video explaining about this it would help people like us with 13 inches đ„Čđ«¶
