Spirituality is the human need of finding a connection with what we have, consciously or unconsciously, defined as what is most sacred to us. The sacred is different from person to person but this need to search for such meaningful attachment is definitely present in all humans.

It's not the first step...that you one day you closed your eyes and you ultimately you found peace...🙂it doesn't happens like this....
According to my experience of spirituality in my life ...
1..the very first step should be....
Keep your eyes open...sit alone in complete silence..and self introspect...and think 🤔 what's that is taking away my peace..what's making me agitated...
2..secondly ask yourself is the solution of this problem under my control or out of my control..
If it's under your control..work patiently towards it...
And if it's out your control.. accept it..have faith in lord...
3..when you have a short term answer for your problem..and you get some sort of peace...then...what ever your option was...meditate towards it..just feel yourself in the moment...and you will keep getting your answers ..there on...
