Need to compare at 1 hr and 90 minutes.. supposedly ketone IQ has a slower ramp but longer peak

Came here to say this. What is the prolonged effect? The straight ester might by a shorter lasting peak.

Tried my first bottle of Keto IQ after a cycling workout.
My ride was pretty hard- 35 miles @average speed 17 mph/200 watt average/ climbing 2500 vertical feet.
About 30-40 minutes after drinking it, I had an awesome exercise high and felt energized.
Tastes bad but not a dealbreaker.

Wish you had not done the hot tub on the delta. That might have had a dramatic impact, and since you didn’t do it the day before, thanks for the content. Loved the idea, ideally recreate with 30,60,90 readings and the exact same acrivity. Thanks for the content!

Comparing two different types of Ketones for two different types of performance.

I’m wondering what made you guys think that 30 minutes was the optimal amount of time to test? In my opinion, your test was flawed and highly doubtful that you achieve the peak.

It isn't, it is optimal for Delta G. DeltaG is a sponsor and we know it peaks faster than Ketone IQ. Ketone IQ is a slower lower peak but lasts longer.

Worst video ever. I hoped to actually learn something about how to use ketones and what impact to expect on performance. But got nothing. If you are trying to help your sponsor flog more snake oil we need way more info than this silly video provided.

Given that exogenous ketones have virtually zero clinical studies supporting their benefits in endurance sports, gonna be hard to make a video with any useful content…

That would be a separate video, I’m sure if you asked nicely and not like a jerk they would entertain the suggestion

@TriDotCoachCaleb very happy to be "the jerk" who calls a spade a spade on this one. It was a useless video that took us all for fools and wasted our precious time.

To be keto, you just eat keto. Voila.
