In this video I’ve prepared 2 movements to help you fix your shoulder pain and popping. There are many exercises for helping your shoulders, but I’ve hand picked these two exercises to have the widest reach for pain and popping possible. It's a fact that the pain signals are generated remotely in an injured area but processed by brain in the form of "warning".

I had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery in March 2021- I am having lots of loud popping and haven’t reached my movements pre- surgery- my surgeon and PT dr have suspended any exercise until I get reevaluated in a week. I know I need to move my arm and I have been doing the first exercise in this video
It's quite interesting that I realized here, that Dr. James Vegher's bench exercises are the first ones that I naturally started doing but standing in the jacuzzi and my shoulders submerged for that warm feeling and I never had looked at this video. A freak accident in a super-sleek E. Berlin (communist) bathroom (a totally unsafe bathroom floor and super-sleek two feet deep tub) resulted in LT shoulder dislocation which popped back after me holding my left arm tightly up against my LT flank and tummy, held by RT hand for 1.5 hour before the first set of x-rays which determined that the humeral head was in place w/o manipulation/intervention. Thanks for your hard wok and commitment to help people.
I’ve been having pretty bad neck/shoulder pain. This exercise has given me some relief. Only day 1. I’m going to try this for a few more days for complete relief. But this looks very promising. I just wanted to say thanks. My desk job and lazy body posture caused this.

The back of my neck starting hurting really bad couldn't even lay or sit comfortably, after inspecting I believe it comes from my right shoulder. I started moving it in circular motions and it caused me pain and started popping. Need relief.

Can anyone help me so in gym I think overthrew a ball or that is what my dad says but when I threw the ball my whole shoulder blade popped and now it hurts all the time and I play soccer so it starts hurting when I run, kick, pick up a bag, and lift my arm it like pops again and gives a sharp pain like a knife

I had a my shoulder pop out and pop right back in immediately and it was painful at the rear delt. I still had full movement of the shoulder. What could have caused that to happen and should I be worried and what can I do to prevent that from happening again

I guess i'm broken all over. I'm popping from shoulders, wrists, legs, back,fingers, neck. I liked the first trick, not the first time i hear about it and see it, but the first time it is well detailed enough to do it properly. It does the job real good. It's attacking the problematic spot. Shoulder back, If i extand my arm behind my body while standing up and supernate my hands, i can feel the juice,current being blocked there(inside shoulders, like between frontal and lateral muscle) and feel it down to my fingers. This trick is awesome if you do it slow. Stopped when felt the pain, restarted the movement and so on. Now i can already go further doing it again(bigger movement before pain hit) and the blockage is much less bad testing the way i stated. I blame my traps, those muscles been doing everything since i'm a teen, i 'm certain now...i have bodybuilder traps and never did more than home workouts with some weight here and there. Somebody once called them angel wings(not the winged scapula thing, my trapezius).

Thanks for the video Dr! I injured my shoulder doing push ups and free weights overhead; too much too fast. Now I have impingement or frozen shoulder resulting in limited abduction to just past 90 degrees. My injured shoulder looks pulled forward or tight relative to my non injured shoulder. When I try the first exercise my injured shoulder can only move 110 degrees or so. My pec muscle is super tight and won't allow further movement. Should I keep testing the limit ie. stretching the pec muscle gently to regain the range of motion or do you have any other suggestions?

I did your workout and it felt great. Had shoulder surgery and they thought it was a torn rotary cuff but it was built up scare tissue from a bike accident a year before. So they went in and scraped it and disconnected by bicep muscle and moved it over. 😔. Did therapy for 2 months and it got stronger but I couldn’t get it to quit popping. Now I’m working out on total gym at home. Need to get back in shape for golfing next year. Any more help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Actually 2 months back I had Shoulder ortrtoscopy for tendon tear in rotator cuff, they fixed me with knot with 2 stature anchor.. Now the thing is I am unable to lift arm above the shoulder getting pain and some crack sound.. Can you please sujjest me which exercises should I do to get rid of this pain.. Any one plz sujjest me

Hello Doctor, I have a rotator cuff injury, its been arround 12 months and I am not getting proper relief at all. I want to hit the gym, but because of this I am not able to go to gym. Please suggest me some exercise to fix this.
Doesn't seem to be working, when I'm doing side lateral raises at the gym I'm pretty much forced to stop since every time I raise my arm my right shoulder pops (only the right one) and I've been looking for many exercises to help me go about my day. I just finished doing what you showed in this video then did the motion I would do with the exercise and my shoulder still kept popping, it's not painful by any mean just very very but very discomforting especially when I let it do 3-4 pops in a row
This is happening to me right now, started happening to me about a month ago. I noticed it a couple of days after my workout. Doesn't hurt either but it's pretty annoying to be limited to certain or different movements because I dont want to hear or feel the pop or crack in my shoulder.

How do you push away from the floor when your elbows are straight, just tense up your muscles?
Move your shoulderblades. When you flex your back muscles your shoulders go back, so do the oposite. Engage the chest muscles and move shoulders forward.

My shoulder is different then the other one like its missing muscle tissue it hurts everyday and it pops like its bone on bone idk what it could be but its definitely chronic pain and it hurts like a bitch when it pops idk what to do
I'll wake up and my shoulder will feel locked I'll lift my arm and it will pop/ snap but, the noise is so loud it wakes up my wife. During the day my pinky feels numb. If I lift my shoulder up it makes a fizzy sound like when your pour a soda and when I put my arm down it will make smaller snaps.

@@izftpvp822 That doesn't work for me, arm doesn't come off the wall. I'm probably not doing it right, but I rewatched his instructions many times, but my elbows don't come off the wall.
