Not sure if this is going to help anyone, but when you're practicing this slow, I find it easier to think of the first part (punching out and half front flip) as the feeling of tripping over something when you are walking đđ€·đŒ

This channel will soon get some attention for being on spot with no wishy washy. One thing to improve mate is the black cuts, it restarts my brain each time, literally every 2 seconds. Would be better to leave that out for continuous attention. Keep up the great work!
