Come on...to replace ETH with substandard coaches like De Zerbi or G. Potter who have NOT managed to win any major trophies in their career would be nothing but SUICIDAL. We need to stick with ETH for the time being .....let him nurture young talents and bring them into first team ....this is the only way even though it is time consuming ...... unless INEOS can convince Pep Guardiola
