for that you would not only need it to guarantee drop the spine(or not idk it's revengeance) AND allow you to hold the button instead of click, since you'd do 1 or 2 attacks max if manual

This actually makes sense, Raidens blade mode let him perceive raindrops mid-air in heavy rain, which are nearly imperceptible with how fast they are, so, it makes sense that Raiden would be able to basically blend in no time at all

this is why we need cinematic mode , as in an evolution of photo mode, for future metal gear games where we can speed /slow stuff down and use filters and different camera angles and time-stamps to make gameplay a whole movie. Add in different expressions and poses for comedic effect.

I think speeding it up is the best way to try to approximate things, but it doesn't really have to match the regular speed from the cutscene. I think if you matched the speed of the slowed down cutscene clip, or maybe even made things a bit slower than that, it would be more watchable. There's also a certain stylized timing in the cutscene that could be matched, notice how the structure doesn't immediately fall apart after all the cuts are made.
I think the fast motion blade mode is the real speed of it as it looks from outside perspective. Jump-cut will be closer to Raiden’s normal time perception, as for him it all seems slower than for normal human. And slow-motion that we have as blade mode in gameplay is his time perception being further enhanced at the most important moments, so he gets from just very fast to so fast that the normal person’s eye can’t see his cuts, just the beginning and ending of his arm’s move when it either hasn’t yet reached its speed or has already slowed down and the end result of the target being instantaneously shredded to pieces. That’s probably what we saw in that cutscene.
I love how this actually also reveal Star Wars Force sensitives actual speed when wielding lightsaber as well. If you notice in most Star Wars media whenever there is a scene of Jedi or Sith deflect blaster bolt, you will see some of the blaster wielder get confused, this is actually because they are confused how Jedi or Sith deflect their blaster bolt without even moving but the truth is, they are moving so fast!
Blaster bolts only move at 60mph I’m pretty sure. That’s about as fast as someone pitching a baseball. What makes force sensitives impressive is them deflecting dozens or hundreds repeatedly. But time remains the same.

This genuinely shows how bad they messed up the Sundowner boss fight, he was the Head of Desperado and matched Raiden. He just seems weak due to how bad his AI and boss fight really is.
