CHILA/RICE PAN CAKE

INGREDIENT
2 and half cups Rice (sucking in cold water for all night and draining in the morning )
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups coconut milk.
2 table yeast
1 teaspoon cardamom
Butter/ghee
If you going to use block coconut (coconut cream) fist bland it with 2 cups of warm water before use it, do as i show please.
