I was a 16 year old lad when Nick was on Eastenders and he released 'every loser wins' which i still love to this day. Great singing voice. What a genuinely nice bloke and down to earth.
I used to have such a crush on Nick Berry in my younger days. He still looks good and the silver fox look is so good too. I always loved his brown eyes, smile and husky voice. Definitely should reappear on TV again!!
Me too....and yet none of my female classmates could understand it? I would drool over him in Heartbeat (although not in Eastenders ha ha) but my classmates thought he was really ugly??!! I was gobsmacked! I still think he was a real looker! lol
Both Nick(In Deep) and Lisa(The Bill) played great characters in two of the greatest police dramas ever made. You could include Heartbeat on the list too for the soundtrack if nothing else.
I knew Nick from EastEnders even though by the time I was old enough to watch he had already left and from Heartbeat which although great and weekly viewing in my house always reminds me of the fact that the weekend is over and school in the morning. I had never heard of In Deep until recently through repeats on This TV Channel. I've got to say that it is absolutely fantastic and it's as gritty and dark as anything out today even. I'm surprised it didn't get a lot more people talking about it back when it originally aired but maybe it did and I just missed it. Anyway definitely check it out if you are a fan of gritty dramas.
cant wait to see nick berry return as simon wicks i love to know how ian beale reacts when simon returns for his mother pats funeral he was great as simon wicks

Such a shame he completely retired from our tv screen! Good actor, producer, director, and handsome.

3 years ago he came to yeovil to play bingo top ten hall with denise welch and last of the summer wine cast, it was great to see him
If I were an Eastenders producer I would be pulling out all the stops, "name your price" to get Nick Berry and Michael French to return together.

Grr, he's soooo George Clooney - He speaks really softly and he's so sweet - I wanna smoosh him!!
I'm so glad you didn't reach for the dye bottle, Nick. Being a silver fox suits you better!
