    Hey everyone,
this is a reupload where we fixed a flaw where the head in the first video was not placed in 30° of flexion, which is essential to place the lateral semicircular canals in the horizontal plane.
This was a great remark from one of our viewers and we strive to only have accurate information on our channel
    Hope you enjoy the video!

Good catch, very important to have the head inclined. If in doubt which side, the Bow and Lean is a helpful maneuver to determine laterality with horizontal canal bppv.

With the apogeotropic type, aren't the debris or otoconia adhered to the cupula and not the ampulla?

I've had some patients, they had all suggestive history and signs of BPPV, dizziness, but "no nystagmus". Could it be the particle is stuck ?
There was a patient healed from dizziness with Epley maneuver, and never showed nystagmus.
    Please, comment.

Nystagmus is more subtle than you would expect. Are you sure they had no nystagmus?

Sometimes, without goggles, you cannot see the nystagmus. I still treat out the worse testing positioning if i am without goggles (e.g. right vs. left DH test and right is worse and lateral canals are clear, I treat the R 1st and then reassess all).

I m suffering from vertigo since last 4 year ...it happens when i lie down. Doctors suggested it is bppv. But most of the appointment i made ..i akready took vertin-16 so doctor declined to perform maneuver. What procedure i shud follow to get a cure.
    It happens every 5-6 month
And most of the time when it happens it becomes difficust for me to sleep for 2-3 days till the symptomps lasts

When the quick eye movements begin, is your vision also quick movements? That you, as a patient, see the room from one side to another side quickly? (Sorry for my english)
