@@unelectedbureaucrat2003 adrenaline usually keeps you going for a bit. Idk if you're talking about a slap tear specifically, but full dislocations occur often without destroying ligaments. They get stretched out on about 90% of dislocations which causes further instability, especially in younger people.
As someone who has recently dislocated his shoulder. Twice in a space off a week. In both times I never writhed on the floor. I was sat on the floor unable to get my ass up as my shoulder was just fucked and dead. But I had a nice couple off cigarettes and had a nice conversation with my friends for 3 hours waiting for a damn ambulance. But I do say when it first happened I was screaming for about 2 mins after that I was fine once I got it resting on my leg comfortably hahaa

This isn't a dislocation it's a subluxation otherwise he'd be writhing around the floor in agony.
