- Hey guys, got another one out from the Babymetal reaction stream from last week.
I'll be doing my best to get these out as quickly as I can, I still have at least 40 total reactions to upload before the next round of streams so, wish me luck lol.
This was such a treat for my little theatre production geek self. I can't wait to check out one of these arena shows on the next stream.
I love you guys, thanks for all the love and support, if it weren't for you guys this live stream thing wouldn't be happening at all.

Well if you're going back to play a headline show in your home town for the first time you need to make an entrance ....
A double celebration and unexpected double sadness.
The CEO of Amuse was at Legend S and it really cemented the idea of what a Babymetal live show is: it creates it's own dream world/it's own reality/worldview.
The epic production baffles me every single time. I'm surprised that this doesnt get more recognition. It surpasses pretty much everything that Alice Cooper or other big names have done. It's so cool that (probably) Koba not only has this vision, but pulls through with it.

One of the most impressive concert openings I've ever seen. I agree with Hadesillo on the "tribal" Sepultura vibes. That was an amazing drums work, indeed! And I love it!!
The stage show was epic for Legend S... but it's so hard to rewatch because it was the first show without Yui, and the last show with Mikio before his accident.. :(
7:13 well, this is the whole idea of Babymetal's dream reality they create at a live show. Leave reality (and maybe everything you hate about your regular life) outside the door and then for a little while be part of this alternate reality of Babymetal.
With YUI on stage, Baptism XX would have been my favorite BM show, hands down, the production is amazing, it's indeed among the best nonetheless.

'LEGEND - S - BAPTISM XX' celebrated Su's 20th birthday.
"20" is one of the inspirations for the XX symbol you could see on her staff, etc. at this show.
It's also the traditional coming of age in Japan, and still legal adulthood for many things.
They were also the only concerts (so far) held in Su's home prefecture of Hiroshima.
In the weeks before Legend S I was so happy she was finally gonna do what she set out to do: return to Hiroshima to show her people what kind of performer she had grown into.
Conan the Barbarian vibes here. I love it! #notacult but I would join if it was!

Nice reaction. One of the most epic entrances I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. Those are some big foxes. Do they count as werefoxes ? They need more birthday concerts. I have this concert on blue ray. Oh yea it's awesome.
YESSSSSS...this song, at the right moments, makes me want to charge through all the walls like Juggernaut. The ITNO intro at Budokan 10 was pretty sweet, too, with the stage setup

Great reaction. This is the show where I feel Moa really stepped up to support Su in Yui’s absence. ( Su knew that and reciprocated at Legend M). In many people’’s opinion, including Koba’s, this is the best show they have done so far. I’m not so sure but these girls never disappoint.

This weekend is supposed to be about Su, and all you get are people saying they miss Yui which I understand, however, it also ruin everyone else’s moods who is here to celebrate Su’s birthday. Just my 2 cents

This intro was really Epic! And I was surprised when I saw their new ITNO opening they did for the Budokan shows earlier this year, since the level of epicness was almost on par with this Legend S!
this is Su being such a bad ass as usual. and to think the very next song is Death where Su gets crucified again. there is a video of those two songs together. epic opening for any kind of band. this sets a band opening to another level. one thing you have to give Amuse is when they do a show in Japan it is all out. they spent millions of dollars on this stage probably not including all the leg work leading up to this show.
euh... Baybmetal Death is the one before last song. The last is The One.
Immediately after the opening comes "ijime dame zettai".

Yt will randomly decide to disable my comments without my knowledge. It’s happened before. Seems like I’m gonna be battling YT again with this one 😞
