The problems relied on how far the customers has to walk in before you can serve. I agreed that 3-4 tables might be fast, but in solo, you can’t serve that fast, so two and one down the doghouse would be just fine. The third table in the kitchen actually slow you down drastically, due to Sedate Atmosphere
I definitely got the dishwasher way too late on this one. Since the oven can be next to tables it really just comes down to the placement of the dishwasher and the bin.
If you work from the doghouse and block the north door I think it could have gone faster and still had 4 tables. Sharp cutlery would be a good thing to get early too. I usually only consider the bin early game.
