The Chinese gymnasts have such beautiful style to their work; they concentrate a lot on flexibility which really shows when you see how tight their shapes are. Their pike shapes are so tightly wrapped, just beautiful to watch. They are so supple and light.Although you mightnt think so, good hip and shoulder flexibility is a must in trampolining and more coaches are starting to be aware of this and are using flexibility training far more.

@Battleart you're either referring to the mats hitting against the springs, or if you're talking about the whistle sound, that's the athlete exhailing on their kick out
@MikeSau3rs Yes, they make it look easy;)Thats the secret of good gymnastics; to make it flow so well that it looks simple. Believe me, this is anything but easy. You need good core and general strength, stamina, and flexibility too. Plus LOTS of courage;)
He does, he holds his breathe during the trick, and when he comes out, he aso breathes out very strongly

@TobyBetts Me too. I can't get to the height required to do flips and sommersaults. If I was to compete in the Olympics, I would do rhythmic gymnastics. Hey, are you looking forward to the 2012 summer Olympics in London, England?

why aren't they doing any seat drops or front and back drops they don't don't swizzle hips either they are all doing the same thing BORING but very good love the trampoline : D
