The way judge Simpson said “I got time” you know it’s about to go down.
When you violate probation multiple times, you're on zoom with Judge Simpson and he issues you an in person same day invite...Pack your toothbrush. your teddy bear and put your mail on a vacay hold.
Uh, yep, pretty much says it!
I wouldn't bring a teddy bear, sends a message you dont want😉
And the court officer posts up behind you at 7:20...
The rather large sheriff's deputy taking a position behind him was the real spoiler. 😅
Mr Austinmiller doesn't look like a linebacker who can superman leap over the table and the Bench.
Yeah, the cracking of his knuckles, and 'limbering up' was a bit of a give away :D
Spoiler nothing - it was delightful. 😁😜
Smokin hot deputy!!
There must have been some history here, the defendent briefly puts his hand in his pocket and the deputy deftly and quickly taps him to get his hand out of the pocket. Then the deputy was there on the spot to handcuff him away to his jail sentence, actually a little before it was announced. I think that the judge or somebody had warned the deputy that this guy is likely going immediately to jail, and to block any escape attempt once it was announced.
Zoom: Your honor my client denies the allegations and would like to schedule a hearing 😤
Court: Your honor my client admits to the allegations and not to make excuses but she started it 🤡
As soon as I saw the court officer stand behind him, I knew he was toast!
*Bailiff
What had me convinced he was in trouble with the judge was the need for him to be in-person, but not anyone else.
Deputy Allen knew the deal! He was itching to take Mr. Non-Consensual Contact into custody 😂
Defendant: "I have no transportation"
Judge: "You want me to call someone to give you a ride? [read: the Sheriff]"
And lo and behold he made it to court on his own lol
@@misspapo3444 What a surprise! Judge Simpson doesn't stuff around, especially if it is a breaking of conditions, he has set.
I love how the deputy is prepped to remand the defendant before he even reached the podium lol
He knew exactly how this was going down. He was flexing his fingers just waiting for the judge to be done!
If I were out under a no contact order and kept receiving texts from the other party, I'd speak with Police or Probation first!
You had one job, Austermiller. ONE. JOB.
😂😂😂
Ditto!
Hahahahaha!😂
And managed to fail two of them.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If more judges made the hard decisions like this we'd have less deaths due to DV
"I've got time." Love it! 😂😂
Judge Simpson drops the hammer "Find a ride or we'll come get you"
Ahh Mr Austermiller…the gift that keeps on giving,
Yep
Regardless of the outcome, his attorney was well prepared and did a great job fighting for her client. This is what all attorneys should aspire to. Even if it is a lost cause.
Either the attorney was telling lies for him(denying what happened) or was horribly lied to and should have known better.
One caveat the judge probably noticed: Defendant kept chirping into his atty's ear while she made her plea. Right off he is signaling he wants to have it "his way." The attorney should discourage that practice for clients sake.
Mystically, this day he had two meetings planned for mental recovery, two work projects with deadlines, oh and he had to go save Batman in fifteen. If only the police wouldn't mess their reports.
I wouldn’t want that bailiff’s negative attention.
Ostermiller walks up, baliff gets behind him, you know how this is going to turn out. Made sure the chair was out of the way.
Did you notice that the bailiff didn't even have to cuff him? Just walked him right out and to the jail! 😮
A couple of hours before he was pleading not guilty. When he arrives in court he admits the allegations. The attorney is doing her best.
Almost every single defendant ever, pleads “not guilty” at first. Straight up, whether they are actually guilty or not… you get a lawyer and the first thing they will say is “ you need to plead not guilty, then we’ll figure out what you need to do.”
@@alexwisniewski2309that is true ONLY for initial crimes, not violations of probation. You don’t get multiple hearings. It was only adjourned to allow him to come to court.
Denying an allegation is not the same as pleading guilty. You plead not guilty, then you explain that while on surface, it happened, it is an oversimplication or different and especially mitigating circumstances occured, e.g. being charged with murder, pleading not guilty, explaining it was self defense and therefore the premeditation of murder does in fact not apply, while you can clearly state that "yes, my mandate shot the attacker in self defense". So yeah, you can admit to the alleged fact "yes, there was contact" but you can try to argue that despite that fact being a fact, it was due to no initiative of your own and you did your best to shut it down. Ofc, not what happened here, but admitting allegations and pleading guilty is not even close to the same, afaik.
If Judge Simpson thinks he deserves jail, then that's exactly what he deserves.
This bailiff is a BOSS.🔥
Lol deny on zoom, admit in person - no one can say he didnt see the writing on the wall.
It was such a an obvious stay at home moment lol
When Judge Simpson says he's done with you, you done F'd up.
When he said he wants to be as far away from his victim, as possible, all I could think was, you're about to get a head start with that. Lol😂
No contact … hmmm … I wonder what that means? Love how Judge Simpson offered to give him a ride. I wonder what that means …. Hmmm 😂
I love the change in plea once he’s in person. They got the message.
At 1:30 he denies the allegations, at 3:30 he admits to them. Lol.
Once the bailiff goes Over and stands behind the defendant you KNOW that person is LIKELY TO GO TO JAIL
BLOCK HER NUMBER
But a no contact order means you can't reply to her texts, either.
When he was ordered to appear, he knew his time was up. That's why he didn't show up in the first place.
No contact WITHOUT CONSENT.
Now I'll admit I don't know what the judge has ordered previously but that WITHOUT CONSENT part makes me think dude did nothing wrong until said he did.
AGAIN!!! I don't know the full details and orders but if she was texting him (what was she texting? Come over? We... well I, don't know) and he replied to let's say a question. Then wanting an answer, then wanting to know why he hasn't answered yet, then wanting an answer. I'd call that consent.
If she asked him seven times to come over... that's consent. But when he came over and whatever she decided she wanted him to leave... and he gets violated?
It's just the NO CONSENT part that's confusing me.
@@spliffdelakong5422 the no consent was before he was arrested, and got arraigned. One of his rules of probation was NO CONTACT. He knew he shouldn’t answer those texts, that’s why he didn’t on the first through seventh.
@@jameslawson7383 thank you sir or ma'am for the clarification.
Wanna say "damn, she got him" but he really got himself. Should've blocked her on everything.
@@jameslawson7383 Generally, if the one protected by the order starts contact, that would render the whole thing null and void. You can't expect to be able to throw words at them and them not say anything back. If there's any reason you /do/ need to contact them (i.e. "Hey, I found your grandmother's pictures here, we missed them with everything else, I'll send them to your lawyer") you have your legal rep contact theirs.
IANAL
Yep.
Dang if I ever had to go to court I would not want to disappoint this judge, he tries to be compassionate but when he has to be tough he is.
I bet the bailiff really enjoys looking intimidating and unsmiling during court proceedings. He's really good at it.
How would he "enjoy" it, he has a job to do and does it well....if you watch enough proceedings he will smile and even laugh when it is the appropriate time!
Thank you, judge, for your diligence. The defendant confused the judge's kindness as a weakness.
Some people just don't understand the meaning of the word -'NO'................
You mean like the chick who texted him 10 times trying to bait him into coming over?
@@MrMalkrazso he's a poor weak baby who can't resist? 😂
I was thinking the same thing. When the Sergeant walks behind you, it's over. Time to make arrangements to have your cat fedl
From denying at 2:24 to “Aiight, ya got me” at 4:23 😂 Flip Flopping
When Bailiff Buff stands behind anyone you can be sure they ARE going to jail!
"Baliff Buff" 😂😅😂 love this!
Bailiff Buff, I’m crying 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Denies the allegations over Zoom but admits them when he has to appear in person. Methinks he wasn't taking Zoom seriously! When Judge Simpson says, "Why don't you come to the courthouse?" he ain't inviting you for tea and crumpets!
😂😂😂
HOLD UP ... How was Mr. Austermiller supposed to get to his "therapy appointment" and DV classes that day when he said he doesn't have a car?
Yup.... that is a very valid question! He was just trying to duck out.. which is precisely why Simpson revoked his probation.
It takes a lot to push Judge Simpson , but he was certainly done with this fool. Let him spend the ninety three days figuring out how he's not gonna do those things again
More likely he'll spend the days fantasizing about how much she wants him to contact her
He looked so defeated as the Bailiff took him away.
He is the author of his own misfortune.
Seems like a two-way toxic relationship. She initiated contact and invited him over, but he pays the price. Not making excuses for DV, but a one-way No Contact Order seems unfair.
It's always bad when buffliff stands behind the defendant..
*Bailiff
@@sheiladineen9483 lol buffliff, cuz he's buff.. it's a joke with Collin defending not Cromwells group..
Mr. Allen is ready and waiting. Judge Simpson gave this guy two hours to think about his plea. What a great move by the Judge.
If you have a no contact order, I don't care if you receive 1 million texts...DO NOT RESPOND 🙄
Nice catch OSG! Austermiller is the gift that keeps on giving. He is more reserved than he was the first hearing.
Very competent attorney. The lady was baiting him but he shouldn't have gone over to the house. BLOCK HER.
Yeah like are you stupid
Oh, I don't know about that, she wasn't there to defend that statement.
90 days in jail goes very slow and you feel like you been there forever
The best is the face of the next in line as they escort the first one to jail 😕😳☹
Seeing the bailiff cracking his knuckles as soon as he took up position to the defendant's rear really got my attention. Can't wait to see what's next...
I wouldn't want to disobey Simpson!
I love this judge
The bailiff sure is fit.
Anytime a deputy positions themself behind you in an empty courtoom...not good
5:51. you mean he HAD an appointment at 4 o’clock. Lol
The 9:00 mark coffee sip from Judge Simpson when this dude wouldn't stop talking was a "here it comes" indicator.
That bailiff is a big ol drink of water, he was ready!
He's been with Simpson for a while. I remember seeing him in videos of some sovereign citizens probably at least a year ago.
Gotta go with the title on this one, no contact means NO CONTACT!!! Geez Louise come on man!!!
They were definitely NOT expecting the "i got time" 😂😂😂
Judge was exactly right. He was doing the parts of the probation he wanted to, and how he wanted to but the rest, he just did whatever he wanted. The only way to deal with a guy like this is by forcing him to follow the orders.
WOW 😳 Simpson was NOT playing with this dude!! When your ordered not to do something in court you best not do it
From a Mom perspective, I have always thought Judge Simpson's bailiff is very handsome.
He is. We need a Bailiff appreciation episode. 😂
Yes I agree 😍
I'd let him do me
from a 'mom' perspective hmmmmmm LOL
You mean the one with some kind of animal clinging to his head?
Wasn't that kind of the Judge to offer to send someone to pick up Mr. Austamiller? I see a reservation at the Graybar Hotel is in his future.
Good Job Judge Simpson!
Well..and that's how that's done! 👍
OLD SQUISHY GARDNER - great captions here. Font, colors and format made your comments so easy to read on a smaller screen. Please keep it coming!
Indeed.
It’s Jeffrey…Judge Simpson’s Super Fan❤😂
No more excuses! Time to pay. Love this!
The young police officer in judge Simpson's courtroom is playing zero games no one will be able to get to judge Simpson without him snatching them up like a father with a son I love it😂...lol
He did everything EXCEPT stay away from her, and that was probably the most important part of his probation order. Oh Well, 93 won’t kill him. I bet he gets in touch with her as soon as he can. We will see him again.
I bet she will keep contacting him over and over baiting him into another arrest. Shes twisted and sick
@@MallRatsXoXo revenge is sweet, not nice but understandable.
The guy in the back (probably with his lawyer),check how his eyes widen as Simpson makes the ruling, even he was a little shocked from that reality hitting the defendant in the face.
Thanks for boiling this down Squish. I know CZcams doesn't trickle much down to creators after paying for rent in San Francisco, but I appreciate your work to show us our justice system within a timeframe we can afford to watch.
He had one condition, no contact, yet he could not follow through on that. The judge was right.
Yeah, the bailiff going behind the defendant is definitely jail in the defendant’s future!
The defendant didn't even need to speak. Judge already knew what he was going to do. That's why he demanded he show up in person.
Prosecutor saying "uhm" a lot was driving me crazy.
He really doesn't give off "nice guy" vibes!
A bad hearing for him
A good hearing for all fans of the bailiff!.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The look and body language of rejection was a sight to see! Go Judge Simpson 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
judge literally said I'll wait lol
I love the " I'm not trying to mitigate the situation" or " I'm not trying to make excuses" BUT.....
Love this judge!
Seems like a no contact order should go both ways.
Exactly
???
Yeah, I don’t know how it isn’t both ways. Seems like a recipe for shitty situations. Weird.
Come off it.
Exactly! Why is she texting him if she got an order? Seems dirty ball.
He really thought he was going to be able to manipulate his way out of that
He denied the allegations and asked for a hearing while on Zoom...couple hours later, in person he admits to it.
thanks for the upload Squishy!
Thanks for protecting her for a few months from him. I wish you vouldve given him 20+ years, so she could get away and start fresh!
Thank you Mr Gardener
And when he gets out, you can bet he'll do it again ...
Why does the lawyer say “inside” when she means “in”? No one does something “inside August.”
She contacted him. She should be in jail
Your Honor, we ask that you [allow Mr. A. to] continue [to violate] probation.”
Now, THAT'S a bailiff!😬
I bet divorce was granted for him being a pest. Thank you Felix Unger.
His AA group is the 12 coconuts group 😂
Gotta love Judge Simpson.
From biggest fan to inmate…I wonder what he thinks of Judge Simpson now??? 😂
Lol the guy's face when he realised the Judge isn't playing, "want us to send somebody to get you?", knew at that point he wasn't getting out of this and he can either come down or be arrested on a warrant. He thankfully took the option to not embarrass is family he's apparently staying with.
Who runs the 12 coconuts group? Donkey Kong? Maaaane lock him up. Pretty low that the other party texted him 7 times. She was obviously baiting him.
when another kid dares you to do something, it doesnt mean you have to do it..... I thought people learned that as little kids
12 coconuts would be a good name for a carribean band name.
@@tomr3422still doesn’t make it right or her to do that…
@@jakejacobson2999 its not about right or wrong - its a court order. He could turn off his phone, block her, but its always easiest to do what you want to do.... "but mommy the other kids dared me" never worked as a defense for me and sure didnt work in court. thats like saying "I stole something because no one was watching me" its there fault.
@@tomr3422 but it is. Aside from him doing wrong still wasn’t right of her to bait him.
@@tomr3422 but you must be another Biden toe sucker.
Does the person he was ordered to stay away from, suffer any consequences for initiating contact with him?
Nope
Thats the sad part, she's twisted and sick to keep bating him into an arrest
She can contact him as much as she wants, and he could BLOCK HER!
It's wholly in important. If he's at a bar and she arrives, HE has to leave because HE'S the one with the court order! That simple!
@@messrsandersonco5985 that's a terrible analogy. The two scenarios are incomparable. Showing up to a random bar and getting someone intentionally 7 times are two completely different things
annnnnnd, I’m back where I came in 🤣🤣🤣
thank YOU, ✨OSG
I hate that he was baited by her, but in the end, HE is under court order, not her.
Yeah, this. He should reach out to his lawyer to get a no contact order from her if it’s that big a deal.
He should have blocked her number if he was so serious about following his terms of probation.
@kayfurlano1462 exactly! Takes seconds to block. This is all on him
People don't know how to block phone numbers.
Doesn't matter what she does. It matters what he doesn't do.
Best I can say is Congrats on 6 months sober!! Hope you stick with it & that chip turns into a year!! Then 2!! =) But for cryin-out-loud LISTEN TO THE JUDGE!!
