Dance acts don’t seem to get enough credit from the public. They 100% deserve to be in the final
This is just dancing. When you turn dance into art, that is something. THIS WAS BORING, not exciting. Just try to compare them with Entity, The Freaks or with the best of all time, Diversity...
@@miroslavnikolic5676 'This is just dancing' to make such a silly comment you must not have much knowledge of who these people are, what they stand for or what they want. They are not trying to be anything other than who they are. They unapologetically be themselves every time they perform. Most people don't understand their work rate or passion because most people have never been on their level of hard work, nor have they found something they love worth working this hard for.
@@miroslavnikolic5676 you missed the the bit where someone backflips over someone doing a backflip.....then there were smaller groups popping whillst another group were locking, hiphop and lots of formation changes whilst doing tricks with around 40 dancers!!! just dancing???

IMD LEGION are winners regardless. the audience's reaction was UNREAL!!!! i was there and the noise wasn't just coming from the 60 parents present!!! onwards and upwards IMD ❤️
As a dancer, i know how hard it is to perform such an act. So much energy, combos, the moves! They deserved to go through tbh
The timing, the energy, the combos.... this is the kinda reason why I fell in love with dancing so many years ago!!
Some people don't realise just how hard some of those tricks are to perform. They deserved to be in the final..
I wish they’d stop moving the camera around & keep it solely on the act, they’ve been doing this a while now & it’s so frustrating because you can’t always get a clear image of their routine!
I thought they were better than some of the previous dance acts that had been on, & for those criticising - have you ever been in a dance troupe? It takes a hell of a lot of dedication, practice, focus, trust & team work to get synchronicity like that!! That was on another level! Amazing!
How can a 7 year old and a comedian go through instead of that? Best thing since flawless and diversity by a mile
This was one of their best performances by far they proved who they are as a dance team and this was magical
IMD deserved a spot in the finals man
I also lost a true inspiration and big brother figure to myself this year, I met him through dancing and I respect this performance and the energy so much more🖤
i don’t understand how they didn’t get in the top 3 like how the audience was literally going crazy for them
fr i was there... throughout the whole show everyone was chanting IMD IMD IMD and when they dint get through everyone booed

shame they werent given over 3 minutes like the kid or the comedian or 4 or 5,6 minutes like others to show what they can do. And the camera work didnt show thier group transitions and wider aspect of what they do.
Do you know how incredibly tiring this routine would be for thag long haha i thought they did great and now have the chance to show more in the finals
@@flankuschuba thats what they do normally!! Theyve tried to cram in what they can do in 2 mins!! they have done a set that is 6 mins!!

These guys are maddd good. I’m a dancer too and even peformed at an event where they peformed too and met some of them. All of them have mad skills their dance is lit

If you take the mic and talk for more than 30s you’re automatically not going to be liked because it comes off mega cringey.

So many damn haters in this comment section🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ id love to see any of them try learn this routine... Its unfair thier being accused of copying diversity its dance and they took it and made it thier own in no way did this resemble diversity. I was a huge fan of diversity and id go as far as to say this was better then diversity.... These guys are so young most are under 18 and they have the drive that most adults dont have. Can we remember too IT IS EXAM SEASON THEY MAY BE SITTING GCSES OR A LEVELS NEXT WEEK OR THE WEEK AFTER. The time and dedication it must have took to be that clean wow.... I really hope they get the wildcard because they were robbed tonight they were by far the best act this year on the whole show. IMD ALL THE WAY. Nothing but love and support all the way till the end. Thankyou for inspiring me to start street and start a dream of mine since diversity were on bgt🙌🙏 true inspirations.

They should have gotten through honestly, I guess the problem is that you win based on popularity and not talent. Dance (especially street) is pretty niche so it’s very unlikely that they would be first pic for the majority of the British population. Regardless they still did great

In my opinion, it's a fix....no way did anyone else beat this lot. Unbelievable performance. We need an enquiry....
The problem is British society is ignorant to the art of street dance. People will see dozens of singers, comedians and other acts which are literally copy and paste of previous acts and not think any of it. But then everytime a street dance crew hops on stage they get accused of copying Diversity or whatever
Rewatching loved it so much - in the competitive dance world they must be so high up

The issue is every year BGT bring back Diversity as special guest. I have no issues with Diversity as they are a very talented group. The issue is they are experienced and most of all it's their day job. Having them on every year waters down every other up and coming dance group in the show that year especially when BGT put them on air a day or two before any other dance act goes on. We don't do this to singers on the X-factor. Imagine bringing back Little Mix and One Direction every year when up and coming singing groups are on the show.
IMD amazing as always but as long as they keep bring back Diversity for the views at home to keep seeing no other group will ever shine.
IMD legion is actually from my area and most of them lot they still have to go to school whilst training so they work so hard

I havent been into Talent shows much, happened to walk past the TV as this act started, it stopped me in my tracks. I cant believe they didnt get into the final !!

100% they killed it the imd in the auditions and this imd are different breeds... This compared to thier comps shows etc levels above. I thought I was watching diversity for a second
Lots of contenders for wild card I personally either want any and dec golden buzzer or that invisible guy

IMD Legion are my favourite dance group in BGT for years; I love their energy and passion, but I don't feel this was their best performance. The music was great but it was just too chaotic with too much crammed in to fully enjoy it. I preferred their previous semi-final audtion when they did moves to the different Marvel characters as it felt more coherent, but they didn't get through then either sadly. I feel dance acts just aren't widely enjoyed enough by the general public since Diversity which is a shame as this team of dances have so much potential. Don't give up IMD, you're brilliant!
It’s interesting how dance groups specifically have involved. Take series one for example the dance groups would stay in the same spot, maybe move left and right a few times. But these days, they’re throwing members in the air, flipping across the stage and it’s great to see.
These guys were really unlucky. They were against some really good acts. Hope they stay together and don't give up.

I don't know why streetdance acts bother come on BGT anymore. It's clear the British public are tone-deaf to this sort of thing and clearly ignorant towards it.

I think they’re are amazing, I think the problem is is that BGT is so burnt out of dance acts being on that have a similar style in the last couple of years , I think a lot of viewers get tired of it
They remind me a lot of diversity but I can never get tired of these kinds of acts they have so much energy and passion and I could watch them for hours
the thing is, dance is so much more impressive than singers because they train their whole life most of the time and they devote their diet and bodies to dancing but singers can choose when to sing and it isn’t affected by anything except their practice & original ability 💀

The only people booing were the family and friends of the group. 33 kids means a lot of friends and family. Most people knew the performance to be disjointed and full of mistakes. Being energetic, having a 'message' and showing 'attitude' does not make up for clear missteps and mistiming.
@@Eadread no actually, the friends and family was on the left side, i was on the right and these people behind me were screaming and cheering like crazy, whole auditorium was booing
@@Eadread we had about 30-40 people in a 3000 capacity auditorium! They could not make all that noise on their own especially in a place so big. Why can’t people accept that we got that reaction and the crowd did it off their own backs

They are great dancers by far but it needed a story. I feel anyway. For me it felt chaotic. But just my opinion. But they are badass dancers for sure

IMD make their own soundtracks for their performances, so it won't be the exact version, but the track they've sampled for this set is Alexander Lewis & Brasstracks - All Of The Lights.
There are better acts which didn't go through but still they are the best act tonight currently

Such a staged show....Clearly IMD upstage Diversity in every way presentation, techinal ability, choreography, etc. Can you imagine an audience talking about how great IMD are and then the obvious comparison that would then be made to Diversity? what would that do to them and thier current and future shows?
Purposely placed and anoying camera angles and changes show as little of the presentation from the set as possible. Then making a point that an excited audience was a hinderence?, whilst if it had been for the "chosen one" the BGT team would have embraced it! dont forget the BGT team are in total control of what is presented, there is a team telling everyone what to do and say at any time! sound can be cut or turned down on any position on the stage or in the theatre, cameras can be chosen to present what picture they want at any time.
threw the kitchen sink at that!! allkinds of dance styles, tricks and tight formations big and small...judging by the comments and poor camera angles most people missed it

They are amazing, I just think after a while dance acts get Hella repetitive kinda the same flow same style same tricks and then it just loses its uniqueness sadly 🤷🏾♀️

@@indiabowen BGT didnt want you upstaging Diversity, because what you did does in comparison! you must know its staged.They can turn the sound down of the audience! they chose not to! they are in control of the sound in the theatre and exactly what is presented on the tv! If that was for the comedian they would have presented it much differently, it would have been wow just look at the reaction from the audience!!
