LIMA 2023 Four aerobatic jet teams totaling 27 jets

The LIMA 2023 Langkawi airshow included an impressive list of five aerobatic teams.This video focuses on samples of four excellent displays (AI Fursan, Aug 1, Russian Knights & Black Eagles which were all jet display teams)
Al Fursan (The Knights) The "Al Fursan" are the United Arab Emirates Air Force aerobatic display team which flew with seven Aermacchi MB-339A jet trainer aircraft.
August 1st (Bay Yi) People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) Chinese Air Force aerobatic display team. August 1st (BayYI) was named from the date of the founding of the PLAAF. The display aircraft wereJ10 CY x six specifically designed for aerobatic team duties.
Russian Knights ,(Russikiye Vityazi) are the Russian Air Force aerobatic display team which demonstrated with six Sukhoi SU-35SM and 1 SU-30S
Black Eagles The ROKAF Black Eagles aerobatic team (Republic of Korea Air Force ) displayed with their eight white and golden-colored KAI T-50B “Golden Eagle” jets.

Great video of some real quality teams. We need in the UK a full airshow just of acrobatic teams. The airshows nowadays are rather poor

Thanks BM and yes certainly a rare high quality list of aerobatic teams at the same airshow. As we know UK won't get back to what it used to provide with the understandable restrictions and current situations around the world. Maybe some other countries might copy a similar approach with multiple aerobatic teams some time. Cheers

Hello Angad and thanks. My run of seven RIAT airshows is having a rest.....only because of the massive increase with international flights, airshow tickets, accommodation and care hire etc. Maybe 2024 ? If you are going to RIAT enjoy it !
