Great review of the manual meat grinder! I've went down the meat grinder rabbit hole this morning and was set on getting a electric one but I won't be doing enough grinding to justify a quality one. Didn't even consider a manual one but your video has changed my mind. Should be perfect for the small amount of grinding I plan to do.
Hello, the machine is great, but the original is only from Poland - Alfa 32, made of cast iron and heavy, still old from the times of the Polish People's Republic, which our great-grandmothers remember. They are available and can be purchased from them. There are 20 types of strainers for it
Wow, that thrust bearing looks like it helps a lot! I was surprised how fast it went! If you used the sausage tubes for the grinder, how did it work out? It would be nice not to have a separate stuffer
Nice work... Keep it up .. am considering getting a manual one for my small samosa business that l've started. What's the care guidelines of the grinder? Do you sharpen the blades, how? Thanks pretty much

Just so you know the bearing don't go against the plastic bushing .put the washer on the other side
Have you ever used a replacement knife with this grinder?
Thank you looking forward to using mine

This grinder and a 1/2 " variable speed drill and you can grind for hours and hours.
Wow. Your grinder works great!. I have a cast iron machine and I can't get it to grind that fast.
Can it grind chicken feets, throats and heads?
Did I hear you correctly? " you season the meat before you start grinding?"
Yes, I feel it blends the flavors better.
