Hi Margaux! Great video :) Just added chlorella in my regimen in combating CFS. Gonna try that smoothie tomorrow morning with some oats and almond milk :) Keep up the good work!
I took Chlorella for 1 week (500-1000 mg per day). I experienced different kind of pains and also energy at the same time. I am taking few days of break, will get back on it again to give it second chance.

how are you sure about the brand of spirulina ? Can you buy any brand ? Does the powder taste like raw fish ?
If we were to choose between Clorella or Spirulina, which would you choose?
Maybe chlorela? Spirulina contain psesudo B12 vit and can increase uric acid ? Anyone know about this? Please share thankyou ..
