You can buy one from Amazon. It's called as murukku farsan sev pasta maker. Buy one that has Brass body as shown. Don't buy the stainless steel one they break easily

This recipe is too good, but we can make it on special occasions. Can you suggest recipes which are not deep fried and children can have it in their Everyday Snacks. Please reply. Thankyou for showing us such wonderful recipes.

I have the same concern of deep frying. Maybe it can be baked or air fried on oiled cookie sheets, or silicone sheets, at say 400F/180C for 20mins or so 🤷‍♂️.
