    INGREDIENTS:
    * Potato (आलू) - 4 boiled
    * Mint leaves powder (पुदीना पाउडर)
    * Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Salt (नमक) - 1 Tsp
    * Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Ginger powder (सौंठ पाउडर)
    * Dried fenugreek leaves powder (कसूरी मैथी पाउडर)
    * Oil (तेल) - 1.5 Tbsp
    * Gram flour (बेसन) - 2 Cups/250-260 grams

    RECIPE:
    Take some Boiled Potatoes and grate them. Put some sieved Spices like Mint Leaves Powder, Mango Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder and some Ginger Powder in it. Then put some Dried Fenugreek Leaves and some Oil in it and mix them well.
    Take a big bowl, put the Potato Mixture in it and add Gram Flour in it as per the requirement and bind the dough. The dough should not be too tight and not too loose.
    Grease the Sev Maker/Machine and thin lattice plate with Oil and put the Sev Dough in it. Make the Sev in the medium heated Oil and fry it till it becomes crispy.
    For making the Sev without machine, add some drops of Water in the Sev dough and apply some Water on your hands and make the Sev with the grater. Fry it till it becomes crispy.
    In this way, you can make Aloo Sev Bhujiya at home with Machine and without Machine easily at home.
