A drive around Widnes taken in Autumn 1999 in Realtime. The second part takes us around Farnworth, Appleton and Ball 'o' Ditton. There is no audio on this and the others as well, as there was talking in the background and I have no desire to upload the video with the audio included.

5:11 the black Mk2 Vauxhall Astra to the right of the frame, I remember mid 2000s (about 2004 or 5) this had its window smashed and was all hotwired, doors open and didnt move for ages. We used to walk past it to go to the shop and always used to stop to look at it, I can always remember walking past once and seeing if it was open by pulling the handle ( I was only 10 or 11) and it was! Eventually it disappeared. Absolutely crazy that it's in the video!

I remember a friend telling me he had his hub caps stolen in Widnes, I said that’s not too bad, he said I was doing 40 at the time.
