Many times sec 8 will try to get the landlord to fix what the tenant damaged or they will abate the payment I give the tenant a bill for the damage if the tenant does not pay the cost I just proceed to evict the tenant sec 8 can abate all they want but the tenant will soon be gone !!
I need some help they are paying my voucher and I'm not living there. They are trying to say I abandoned the house but they gave me a new voucher then called me on the phone and said they revoked it but still paying him and I'm not living there since April and he took his keys back... Please help me
