As an Ethiopian, I don't understand why firfir is presented in restaurants as a separate thing because everytime I eat injera with wot, it automatically turns into firfir 😂 BTW, have you tried beso? Also, I'm curious about Sudanese food, so it would be nice if you could educate us on the various Sudanese foods.
