I had to kill some time while Noah was go-karting so I went to this Goodwill in Las Vegas to do a little thrifting.
I found a Titanic wine rack that has a huge profit potential!

Dani my turtle twin. Wrap tissue paper around the porclin flowers before the bubble wrap. Make sure to use the side of bubble wrap that is flat. Bubbles on the outside. I hoped that helped. Again thank you for showing prices and talking about each item. I love the way you shop then have a live sale. I also love how there isn't a greedy bone in your body. You are so pleasent to.watch.
wow, after watching you, Kari and Tiffany shopping, I finally found my first piece of waterford crystal while out today, I nearly died when it was only 2 dollars... thanks for the knowledge you're passing on and I love watching you all shop and having fun together... thrifting is one of my favourite things to do too... I just have to learn to sell some now...

You are 100% right about Rae Dunn. I don't pick it up anymore. Whenever You Tubers start talking about items the market floods and the price drops. It happened with Revereware, vintage pot, video games etc.

I was hoping that Goodwill was going to give their employees a raise, since they’ve been raising their prices. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like it. The people at my little town Goodwill are wonderful, they deserve more pay.

It always surprises me how you're able to find so many treasures at Goodwill, even after its clearly been picked through. Knowledge is clearly your advantage over the average Goodwill picker. I'm so grateful that you are willing to share what you know with us. I've recently decided that I may want to start selling on Ebay, so I've been slowly picking things up and when I've accumulated enough items I'll try to start selling.

I love the glass vase from France. It looks similar to a calla lily to me. The Mikasa lotus flower candle holders were also lovely.
Good for you! I am glad Noah has decided to work with you. My daughter works for us and she is the best. She cares for the business and us at the same time. We do have to be careful not to take advantage of her and make sure her paycheck matches her imput to the business. We have all been working together for over 13 yrs and with some ups and downs I can say its the best thing ever.
Noah is so articulate and effortlessly charming. You are a lucky mom! I wish my sons would enjoy thrifting with me but they don’t have the patience. I can spend hours in the aisles!

Me too. Except I’m just two weeks out of surgery for a broken femur, knee and ankle on my left side from slipping on the ice. I hate Minnesota in the winter time. Love how outside looks but hate driving in it and walking in it.

I am shocked at some of the pricing!! Considering that everything is donated at Goodwill, they should make this second-hand merchandise more budget friendly for people on a fixed or limited income.
It is terrible that they make under $10 an hour working for Goodwill! That breaks my heart! That is way below the cost of living, especially in a big city like that! 😧 Yes be kind to them! We never know what others are going through every single day!
That is a myth unless that is the prevailing wage where you live. Any one making less than $26,000 a year FT to start in my town is a part of a special program and they are not required to work at the same level of expediency that the retail associates are.

Question…..I’ve noticed on some items you’ll state “and I don’t want to ship it”, but you don’t mention why you couldn’t put it in your booth? When you say that, I talk to the TV & ask you “but what about your booth….you could put it in your booth”. 😆
The first brown, wooden candle stick you picked up was Home Interiors. The top screws off so you can remove the napkin rings!!👍

Hi Danni you should not be afraid to let Noah get his driving license he's a good driver and defensive one too around the go kart track he manage to avoid hitting other karts . I find your videos entertaining and informative .
Those wooden Food network plates are brilliant! I've been to a conference in Ireland where the first night's reception had some higher quality plastic ones. It leaves you with a hand free for the finger food-er, canapés....I've never seen them here, but have kept the idea in the back of my mind...

About 8 years ago I ran into a trove of Nancy Calhoun dishware in pastel colors like the yellow set you found, but mostly dinner plates. They sold easily as replacement pieces for a decent profit, and I kept finding them at one of my local thrifts from time to time. It seems that they were consistently overlooked by other resellers...
It was my first time ever encountering them, and I never forgot that logo.

Containers made for David's Cookies have become quite collectable over the years. Still baking their famous cookies today. I collected over the 90s David holiday cookies in Spring pocketbooks, or spooky Halloween houses, Christmas Santa's and Snowman/Davids Cookies sold to HSN or QVC

The master bath has Pink (P.S.I hate pink) tile floor/walls, the tile trim is a pale green. Can't afford to replace all that tile right now. So I've given up ( for the moment ) & decorated it in S.Western style. :~)

I know this is an old video but I laughed at the volcano thing, we had that, it’s a science kit to make the volcano erupt, you add the vinegar baking soda and then you can keep it we put extra rocks in it and it came with plastic trees and such

I have a couple of mushrooms made with solar lights. They are nice looking at night. The only issue is when the batteries wear out. As a suggestion, make sure you make it so you can swap the lights out at some point.
