Just a suggestion :
Before KVK starts, every player can register to participate in KVK or they can opt out.
Matchmaching will be made based on registered players.
Players that opted out for KVK for various reasons, won't be able to teleport in KVK zone, and won't be eligible for any KVK rewards.
What im trying to say is : if I have something in my real life that will make me miss next kvk I can opt out. I know i won’t be able to teleport in LK and I will miss the rewards but at least, i won’t impact my kingdom matchmaking in a negative way.
yeah a nice theory but the issue is that no one will opt out since even just access to the safe zones if hugely beneficial for farming and barbing, not to mention a lot of the non combat crusader rewards that are easy to get.

Nah. Too Stupid. If this happens. One case is that a lot can opt out and KvK could become like a 10v10, 15v10 or something like that and it is very stupid to say that it is a Kingdom vs Kingdom when there are only 20%-40% players of a Kingdom fighting. Your idea has a lot of flaws. A better idea is Town Hall level Requirements. Town Hall 15 or higher should be forced to comply in KvK but not below. I think my idea is better than yours to be frank.
And if you can't join the KvK, you can just apply a shield for your Base. I don't know how you feel about your opinion, but as for me it is really stupid.

For K75 we take anyone who is active no matter their power level. If you are hesitant about migrating you can always start an alt in K75, you can contact me in game, same name, in S~NL

There is also the mega whales. They are like the ones to lead certain battles and they are sort of like the henchmen of the leaders. They carry out certain things that need to be done

We run 1838 in very similar ways, and have managed to win our KvK 1 as a 2 Kingdoms vs 6 Kingdoms quite overwhelmingly due to this superior organization of the kingdom!

check out 1732 kingdom. They have a similar approach as well. We have 8-9 major alliances.
Once you're on the losing side of a KvK, you really need to screen shot where everyone is at contribution wise. I was maintaining a top 300 spot until we got sealed out of the a zone. I quickly dropped out of the top 1000 and went to work saving and training troops for another day. After words, I got labeled a high powered farmer. I could have skirmished for meaningless kill counts, but for what purpose. I train troops do die reinforcing flags, not boost the kill stats of the enemy.

Who did your intro animation, it’s really good! I would like to work with them for an animation job.
I think that the closest people to the king should not be just the "hand" but also the main recruiting officer. It's a role so important it defines what the kingdom is, what players join the kd and how many. It must be a trustworthy player. A good recruiter can save a kingdom from dying actually.
Two highlights: the sip of invisible water and the Al Bundy reference. We have told whales if they are not going to contribute in war expect to be zeroed so you don’t contribute to matchups for kvk.

I looove my Kingdom, we have 4 great alliances with great kings and a lot of fighters and farmers and helpers. I really hit the jackpot starting in kd 1862 randomly and found my way into the best alliance with a great family. I would never reach 13 million power without being in this kingdom.

Agree with the one king to rule them all being a bad way to run a kingdom. I had a great former alliance that ruled the kingdom, but the king didn't want to share with other alliances, and it killed the kingdom. Have been in my new kingdom for over a year, and they aren't perfect, but we are organized and fair.

I went from 70m power to 49m (have 1m troops in hospital and deleted loads) just to migrate... my kingdom is literally farmville. Kvk was embarressing, we had about 40 fighters when our aliance has over 7b power. I'm migrating and can't wait
How do you have so much troops in your hospital? Did you guys find a new kingdom to migrate?
@@atheeqrahman3853 So what you need to do is full your hospital in kvk. The capacity is 675k. HEAL them.... BUT do not collect them.... then when you go back to home kingdom, you can get 375k more in hospital. So it adds up to 1,050,000 in your hospital. Key part is do not collect the healed 675k for it to work

I'm in KD 1990 and lord its so chaotic almost 5 alliances are against the top alliance with 900m. We will have KVK soom since LT is open but were having civil war 😭

I play this game about 10 months
Small kingdoms are underrated. They're not dead, they are smaller communities who have a great time without having a ton of whales. In 1106 we can fit all active players in one alliance during kvk and everyone has a much much higher chance to get rewards in MGE or similar events, especially since we want to reward contribution, not spend. Btw, we are open to recruitment.
But isn't it difficult to win kvk with those activity level? Can you get occupy ziggurat rewards?
@@atheeqrahman3853 sure, cause opponents have similar level of activity. If kingdom is in D category you might not end up holding the ziggurat at the end, but all other rewards are possible and achieveable.
We k46 fought against this Kingdom last kvk..they're a beasts in long fights..! So many high end AT/TK rallies..!! Great Kingdom..!! Sadly, our Kingdom 46 has become dead now after the loss as everyone including the leadership has migrate.its kingless and councilless now.the once powerful DSP is going to be disbanded soon..!! RIP K46.!!

your organisation looks okish, i would just ask one question: in your high council are they all yes people, or do you have actually people who will just challenge and ask the why things are done. also you are missing one important things in here is the opinion of the actual members of what they want, sometime you arrive in a kingdom and the leadership seems to be set in stone, no movements up for people who may not be high powered but from their life experience have more than it take to lead or council or provide guidance.

Hey Chisgule. Can you have a look at kingdom 1957? I think that this kingdom that I am in is very well advanced organized even though our kingdom power isn't as high as expected. But this kingdom is actually led by a council that was founded in kingdom 1030. If you have some spare time, please go check out our kingdom and give an opinion about how we run our kingdom. It would be really helpful if you did that.

I think when I put on a headset I basically yell into the mic and it auto-adjusts the sound to prevent it from topping out.

We just won KvK against one of the strongest kingdoms in the game, not sure who told you differently
I was just thinking on moving maybe some where more peaceful we had a civil war days before KVK and I wasn't strong enogh or active (work) enough to go into the lost kingdom and the alliances left there are pretty dead and getting kinda boring.
Consider coming to K75, zero civil war and extremely active and organized. Anyone willing to contribute can grow their role, no matter their power level.

Not a king, was like one of hands of then king there and now a ghost which try to help this kingdom as much as possible
Wanted to know few things about this wonderful guide.
We ( my last alliance) manage to do whole of that ( 95% of the roles in page) in a two alliance ( Top 1 of kingdom, Top 3 of kingdom ) in a C ranking kingdom.
We migrated before LD appeared and successed all kvk since because we came with activity in a middle D kingdom.
Is that really useful as a C kingdom? Should we really need to manage to get the king for apply that in the whole C kingdom? or we cant espected more of our kingdom ?
How should we manage ( looking for idea) to maintain our rank C position ( we r at 13b for TOP 300 while better C is at 14-15bb) ?
Few idea i already have but not sure about them:
-Fix maximum of power for each players ( requires to ask them to continue play with fix power : if they grow up they neeed to kill those troops in kvk)
- If each player isnt value of TOP 300 should we zero him or ask to migrate out do to his contributions while we try to attract ppl for replace them ( 1 on 1 ratio of Power in TOP 300)
- Should we manage to got in B ranking ( as a kingdom honor we had 22M honor points so not bad as a B kingdom if we was i think
- ......

Those idea is technically not really suiting in the page you made about how kingdom work but more like situations that kingdom can be and want to maintain their entertainment as C kingdom without possibly fight imperium.
I appreciate if you have read all of that and can suggest me things then i can “ maybe “ try to help them in future and why not for you too. 😊

Only thing I don’t like is the fixed mge standing it means that you chisgule and the best players get everything
Fixed MGE is based on contribution, high power players that don’t contribute do not get a spot. I’ve seen plenty of MGEs where Chis wasn’t in the top 10, we even have spots reserved for low spenders in this MGE
Brendan E the thing is that t5 whales battle contribution will always be high cuz they wreck other players
Contribution scores are adjusted for power, and we track far more than just kills and deaths, everyone has an opportunity to contribute in their own way. Beyond that, plenty of MGE spots are allocated to low spenders, we do not focus solely on the whales in K75.

As much as u guys under 35 million want to be in chisgule kingdom. Ur making a mistake my migrating to such an older kingdom by missing all your important commanders. Ur a nobody in an imperial kingdom. U can have a look around and will find great kingdoms in newer continents.
Isn't the new kingdom less likely to be stable? Yes you're gonna miss few wheels but isn't kingdom stability and kvk experience better? Just curious about your statement!
people only miss richard and ysg. People can migrate back to a new kingdom and get khan alex and whatever's next.

I'm in kd 1995 and our entire 1billion power multi alliance network is being destroyed by a 5 million power player LOL.. they won't organize against the player, they just keep saying "its only one person just ignore them"
As of now we've lost 3 full 80 person alliances to migration out of frustration with this person. All they do is kill farmers of any alliance that is allied with us and they have successfully destroyed out Kingdom.

WHAT? Protecting your account? In my first kvk, I had more deaths than some of our t5 players and almost all the rest, because THEY didn't want to lose their troops fighting. I could tell you a story how I myself changed certain kvk defeat into a victory, if you were interested, but who cares. Anyways, by the end, I did not have a full march of any troop type, and I had started with 1.6 million t4. No difference at all had I been zeroed, or fought to try to win the damn thing. And I say bull to MGE prearranged. Those that need them for rallying or garrisoning will be strong enough to win them, and the rest of us get a fair chance to get enough statues. A ftp player can still win or place, but only by preparing way in advance for the effort. I am a spender, but not a big spender, but won a MGE I had prepared for, for a long time. And only active players will win or place MGE, so there is ZERO need to pre-arrange that.
