He encouraged me to read the bible and not just take his word for it. I am still struggling with false or garbled messed up doctrines which simply do nothing to edify the hearer
I understand more about the massive troubles my brother Hal faced as a preacher who was also an imperfect man. Apart from The LORD what do we have? The dogs and the vipers? How tiresome it is to have a female Jonah in the family, and we cannot throw her overboard!
