The best part is, the falling from a giraffe birth is actually needed to start the baby’s heart.
Edit: My apologies! I confused the heart with the lungs XD. The fall actually encourages the baby to take it’s first breath! On top of that, it’s needed to snap the babies umbilical cord. The more you know!

I Owned a Veiled chameleon for a few years, different species of chameleon have different color ranges. They change based on more or less mood. My chameleon (like most veiled) ranged from a bright almost neon green to a dull dark brown. If it was too cold he would be closer to the brown side which I figured was due to not liking the cold which makes sense. Panther chameleons are usually the most expensive with colors ranging from bright blues to red.
I love veileds, definitely one of my favorite lizards! Thank you for saying all this so I don’t XD
Chameleons might also change their colour as a form of temperature control (because you know, them being cold blooded). If they're cold, they'll often be darker in colour to absorb more heat (as seen in what you said), and when they feel too hot, they'll be much brighter coloured to reflect the heat. Basically their colour tone can show their temperature, while colour itself shows mood.

I think I need a baby sloth though, my god those are cute and awesome looking.
So I saw a story that when captive pandas give birth, they leave one with the mother, and take the other to bottle feed, but then swap them out every day or two so that the baby panda gets momma love, and momma milk.
It is kinda sad to me that the mama will only take care of one baby, but it’s so smart of the caretakers to switch out the babies :) So it makes it happy again :)
This is only in the case of twins or more and twins are only about half of the pregnancies.
The momma panda can reject their baby too.

Chameleons change color based on temperature and mood! They actually don’t do it based on surroundings, in fact they can’t control the color. They have a certain cell in their body, same to cuttle fish and octopi, that changes the color of their body. For cuttlefish and octopi it’s mood and camouflage, the octopus can even change texture, and cuttlefish are intact colorblind!

Panda mother’s do take care of one of their young but not like the rest of the animal kingdom.

for the Chameleon part: Brighter colors tend to mean that they’re calm and docile. but when their colors change (using special color-changing-cells called chromatophores) to more of a dark color, they’re usually more agitated. also, they change their colors to help them absorb heat/bring its body temp down. they’re regulate their body temperatures by doing that.

That’s right! It uses its colours to regulate body temperatures like when it’s too cold it will turn darker to absorb heat. If it’s too hot it turns brighter to reflect heat. And it is said that darker colours also means that’s it’s angry I’m not too sure about that part so correct me if I’m wrong

They do change color on emotion, that's communication. About the temperature, some chameleons species do that because of their environment but not all, chameleons don't usually live in extreme environment

These babies are all precious and so much like any newborn in cuteness. The baby elephants are so much like a toddler exploring and getting into everything. Baby hippos are really cute too. All of them even the baby Cobras

Chameleons actually fluctuate their colors mostly based on mood and temperature in their surroundings in order to regulate body temperature (they get darker if they’re cold to absorb more light, lighter colored if they’re hot to reflect more light)

I love this channel. What I learned about chameleons, after having one of my own, I realized over time that a chameleons is basically a living mood ring. They have shades for every mood they're in.
The color change is in most cases a reaction to their environment based on heat and humidity levels as well as showing when some species are in heat and it can also be a sign of their current emotional state

With chameleons, if you watch them and can find correlations, you can "speak" chameleon. My female veiled would turn dark if she was mad at me, but also bright blue because she was uh.... Fond of me. But mostly she was just a jerk.

Giraffe baby: I feel like 10 feet onto my face when i was born, learned to walk within an hour, and then i had to keep up with a herd of animals that have 10 foot long legs while we outran some hyenas.
Me: one time i didnt eat breakfast or lunch because i was too lazy to go downstairs
