I swear, if you already have land (inherited from family or previously bought) with 90 million you can build something just as big and just as modern I have a family member building a larger house in a scheme and it's just as modern not to mention way bigger for less money

I really like the master bathroom. I think all masters should have a tub and shower. I like that they didn't make it a combo either. However, in my humble opinion, the apartment could have been bigger for the price and have linen closets for all bedrooms. It's always nice to have a space to put up towels, curtains, rags and sheets. But the complex is nice. It's not bad. If I had money, I would buy one.

Too over priced... Especially for Mobay. Buying land and building your dream home works out cheaper. I think the developers need a rethink on the price. This apartment complex is more than my 5 bed 3 bathroom detached in Florida.
I mean there is only 1 of 36 units left and it won’t be completed until April the earliest so a few people really don’t care about the price

Overall very small and cheaply finished.
Lovely apartment and there's a bar/lounge, fitness centre, pool and conference room/cinema. Nice! Amenities up! You stressed me out standing at the edge on the roof with no railing! 😱

Whether this place compatible with what I'm looking for if I'm buying a home or not, you gave a very helpful detailed tour and we are benefitting from your love of Jamaica free of charge so regardless of what the final decision would be, we are informed in the first place because of you and your camera as well as the other enterprising and helpful Jamaicans living in Jamaica on CZcams. Keep your head up, 35 of 36 places gone, guaranteed by time I'm losing this since it's 5 months later that last one gone too.

Ever heard of buyer’s remorse? The new property owners may not have seen it before buying it…especially if they are living abroad. This is why it is so important that you do what you do honestly…some people do trust what you tell them, so don’t go breaking their hearts.

Seeing them on here is just first step make sure you go down and get well familiar with the area you interested in and the runnings around there day AND NIGHT. Start travelling there at least once a year for 2-3 weeks and line up a lot of appointments to tour land and places and get your TRN cause you can't buy anything in Jamaica without one.

Market crashing is real. If they think it’s the people alone will suffer the lost when the market fails, they need to think again!! The banks will also feel the burn when people start walking out of these units because they can no longer pay the mortgage.
The 2008 crash resulted in a lot of foreclosures and banks and the economy suffered tremendously. Can you imagine this happening in Jamaica? Not like the Jamaican government is going to bail then out. I personally so houses in Puerto Rico with trees growing through the windows and when I asked why there are so many houses in this condition, they told me people walked out of them when the banks took it back and the banks is not able to sell it because of the crash, hence it is like that. Was in shock to say the least.

I can’t stand it when these CZcamsrs stifle their consciences when the obvious is there for all to see!! Why is it so necessary for you to mislead the viewers? The place is so small, clearly not sufficient natural lighting…for crying out loud, the kitchen is right smack in the middle of the entrance as you open the door. This property is not worth the price…whomever the builder is/are, they are ripping off Jamaican!!
A bit of unsolicited advice, when you go to places like this where the property is average or is below standard, don’t feel like you have to comment. You don’t need to compromise or try to make up for the lack whatever by saying things that are not true.
A person’s integrity is everything, so don’t sacrifice it for anything- more so for something you are not even a stakeholder.

With that said, the reason I am here is because I am looking to return to Jamaica at some point, so I started looking around at real estate/property and eventually your channel amongst others were pushed to for me to view, hence the reason I am here. So no, I am not here to attack you. I just kept seeing Jamaican CZcamsrs who are happy to say anything they think is favorable towards a property and for what? To be able to keep gaining access to more property? Again, sometimes saying nothing is saying a lot. We can see through your lens, so let the lens do the talking on those areas for you. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your reputation (and for nothing [not that you should for anything]).
Presentation is good. I like the way you present yourself, but the content is also important. People like me decide whether to “Like, Share, Subscribe” or skip a channel for a number of reasons and for some of us it comes down to trustworthiness…is this influencer trustworthy?
Rose Red the man said 35 of the 36 units gone at the time this video was made so it is clearly a hit* for whoever the developer's target market was. I think you should come to terms* with the fact that you should clearly buy piece a land and build your own custom home because nothing you are seeing out there is worth the money. You don't have to force him to agree with you. Start checking out land for sale, find a realtor in the parish you interested in and out them to work finding you land in your budget. Start researching parish council checklist for approval to build. Etc.
The beauty of Jamaica is one way or the other with enough patience and working hard and smart, you can get what you want.

The amenities or lack thereof is another issue because they're promoting some basic items that are now mandatory everywhere you go. I'm over this type of thing...... if you're Jamaican buy your land and build your house or own apartment and let the foreigners buy those because it is not worth it !!!

Labour and materials is cheap in Jamaica, a 2000 square foot house shouldn't cost no more than $100k usd to build if you already own the land.

These developers do not know what a penthouse is!! This is a rip off at $599,000. This is nothing but a glorified condo/apartment!
