The reason I have a problem with Chris and Nick wrong is they talk about Kyrie Irving in the Brooklyn nets. but they conveniently forget that the Brooklyn nets was one giannis assassinating Kyrie in the playoffs from going to the championship. people forget Brooklyn was killing Milwaukee Kyrie just did a back-to-back stick up on Milwaukee before giannis took him out. and now they're not good enough now Kyrie can't play on a championship team without LeBron James now Kevin Durant can't do anything without the Golden State warriors this is the problem with Fanboys acting like their media.

@@xanderxavage i think it happens to almost everyone though. When he first came to the show, he tried too hard to be cool and fit it and you could tell he was uncomfortable and not ready to be on air so he had to play it off. Took a while but eventually he’s doing so great now
Watching Klay right now makes me realize KD doesn't get nearly enough respect for coming back after achilles. He was supposed to look like Klay but somehow he came back better than before. It's crazy.
Because he's not expected to guard the best player on the other team.

I think a better comparison would be Kobe. It was pretty much over after the achilles injury for him defensively. Still had the grit and heart but he just wasn’t physically capable. Rip the goat 😢

It was definitely the punch that unraveled everything. There was a tension building up in the locker room as the Warriors were starting to pivot away from the old superstars and focus on the young and upcoming players, and Draymond tried to punch through the tension. Now, it's a divide between the "old guys" and the "young guys" and Kerr has lost control of the entire culture.
And of course to a degree, the punch was a side affect of stuff not going good before we all knew it..

Yes that punch fractured the locker room and the organization lost all credibility by not punishing Draymond severely enough to show the younger players he was being held accountable for his actions. Now he can’t lead them at all because they have little to no respect for him.
I wouldn't say that Kerr has lost control of it, but I definitely see the struggle of balancing it. Poole is such an explosive player, but doesn't really benefit from that tenacity coming off the bench. On the other hand, Klay still has so much to offer an offense still, but not as much as before the injuries. There is just such an obvious battle between the future and the past within that organization that it's getting hard to focus on how the Warriors as a team are going to win games consistantly. Klay Vs. Poole Or Curry Vs all the new offensive players.. Its just hard right now for the organization. They'll get it right in due time.

GP and Otto were two of the best rotation players in the league last year. Massive reason why they were top 3 in defense last year. Not always about the stars!

This and pat mcafee show are killing it. So much better than first take and undisputed, isn't even close
I think one of the biggest differences is that the interactions feel very real, and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy being around each other and bouncing stuff back and forth. Stephen A dominates all the convos on First Take while Shannon and Skip just scream for two hours, but on this show the segments are short enough to not tax you and still long enough so everyone gets a word in.
It’s because we like shows where it feels like guys are talking and having fun vs just having a debate. It feels like these guys genuinely like each other and when they disagree they may joke about it but they respect it.
As much as Brandon Marshall used to get hate on this show, his podcast I AM ATHLETE has nearly a million subscribers after like 2 years. Shannon Sharpe, JJ Reddick and many other athlete led podcasts get a lot of views because it’s real. Compared to these corporate shows where it seems like they argue and disagree just for ratings.

Good point; I knew the Warriors should have resigned GP II. Warriors should have entertained contract discussions after Championship parade; rewarded players immediately. Draymond probably would have still punched Poole bcuz the Warriors would have published their not giving Draymond max contract due to need to sign Poole, Wiggins, GP II, Porter. Aedin

I can't believe its taken this long for people to realize that Draymond has been ruining GSW since KD left. They won last season just because everything fell in line for them but tbh Draymond acts like he is as important as Steph but is maybe still an average level role player. Klay is nothing of what he used to be. Now Steph is finally alone and has to actually do it by himself. His support is gone and he looks phenominal but he isn't going to win very many games.
