I used to see a tiny weight drop every other day, and was sooo satisfying- I really only half tried - but this last year, try so hard and more or less have gained over 60 lbs .. I’ve gone super strict keto , no carbonation diet drinks , only water , and have gone back and forth up a couple down a couple same three pounds , also been exercising a lot bc more even though I have no energy and my body feels beat down always
Okay so I eat one meal a day and sometimes I fast for a day or two before eating again and sometimes I do 5-day fast and that's what helps me consistently lose I don't eat throughout the day it doesn't really do anything for me and most people they just think it does One meal a day eat plenty and then don't do anything until the next day at that same time

There is a guy that teaches fast and he explained eating a little , really only activated your hunger senses once again when you were getting past that.. so makes so much sense .. I only was disciplined welll enough to fast for days on end , but one thing is I was both sick and broke , I really couldn’t go anywhere for food, and had no way to get it at that, so, it was involuntary at first, but when I learned it wouldn’t hurt me , and may just heal me, I tried to go with it.. I have to admit I had thoughts of eating leaves or grass ... and did put some salt free seasoning into water when it was really bad that helped a lot - mainly it was the being in a bad head space for me, but lots of things began to feel clearer for me.. thanks for the feedback

If I'm super super super hungry I will actually salt my water so I get some electrolytes in and it brings my hunger level way down

I wanna prolong fast like three days but I don't wanna lose muscle? I mess with dairy 2
I mean if you have fat on your body you're not going to really lose that much muscle it's only really lean people that notice the muscle lose
