That dining room area has gaming set up/pc hub written all over it!
I also moved into a condo but my place is more like four units per building. Like a quad plex house. Any ways I was shocked that we have 2.5 baths, a basement (mid west boy), and an upstairs. The main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area/board game and comic book area, and a half bath. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. Up stairs is the master bedroom, a full bath, and a second room that I'm turning into my man cave gaming space. No internet or cable hookup in the basement...for some reason they put one in each room upstairs....the basement has a guest bedroom, a full bath, and our utility/mechanical room. Love it! You guys will love your place too. I tripled the amount of space I have moving from a small one bedroom apartment.

Little tip for the door. You probably already know this. On the opposite side that the handle is on there should be a small lip that you can push against instead of pulling the handle. And there might even be a small sticker that says PUSH to OPEN. It only took me 30 years of renting condos in the summer to realize this! Nice condo! Keep up the good work!

First…… big ups and super congrats on the new place. I have to ask, what made you wanna go for a condo vs say a single family home? I have a buddy in NJ that chose a condo over a house because he didn’t want the responsibility of shoveling snow or mowing lawns. Me, I loathe having people connected to me or above. Moving down here from NJ because everything happened so fast we ended up with a luxury condo/apartment also. And I am itching to get out and get a house. Nothing fancy or immaculate, but something with four sides. That said….. AMAZING view! Love it. Love the dual sink thing in the bathroom. Don’t think I could ever go back to not having that. I would vote/recommend grabbing a table for that “dining” space just because you’ll need it and use it more than you think! Looks like you are pretty high up. Ohhhh and absolutely no the feeling of having no furniture. Our furniture was hi-jacked by the moving company, so we went 4wks of not having stuff AFTER living in a Residence In for 6wks. I may have gotten a little cranky! Hahah…. Again, super congrats and super excited and happy for y’all.

Get a kitchen/ dining room table. You’re adults. Sit down and eat together, work from there, use it to fold clothes, wrap Xmas gifts, whatever.
If it was me id have a home theatre off of the kitchen. I'd get the biggest TV i could find and very comfy seating.
