If the alleys are so tight , - why use such a big machine for the job. There are plenty of smaller ones on the market, - or park the 'main truck ' on a highway and use a couple of small 'feeder' trucks, - other councils/contractors do it. - Why can't Miami.?

Dawg it’s less money to send a big truck down then pay for small, feeder trucks. More workers and trucks = less revenue
