مكونات:
٣ بصل مكعبات
٢/ك بامية
١ عصير طماطم ٢م/ك زبادي
٤م/ك سمن
٢ طماطم مكعبات بدون جلد
٦٠٠ق لحم ضأني
١م/ص ملح
٦ ثوم شرائح
١م/ص كمون
٢ قرفة
١/٢ م/ص فلفل أسود
١م/ك صلصة طماطم
كزبرة والصنوبر محمص للتزين

الطريقة:
١- في قدر ضغط يضاف السمن، نصف كمية البصل، يطبخ حتى يصبح طرياً، يضاف اللحم فوق البصل لمدة ٥ دقائق بدون تحريك، يخلط، بمجرد أن يجف الماء يضاف قرفة، كمون، فلفل اسود، يخلط ١٠ دقائق، يضاف ماء بارد، يطبخ لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة بمجرد تبدأ الصفيرة، ثمة يغلق النار، ويترك ١٠ دقائقه ثمة فتح القدر.
٢- عندما تكون الحرارة متوقفة، إضافة عصير طماطم، ملح، صلصة، تخلط، وإزالة السوائل الإضافية لرؤية اللحم، وإضافة البصل المتبقي، ثوم، بامية، طماطم مكعبات، طبخ لمدة ٣ دقائق بمجرد تبدأ الصفيرة، وإغلاق النار لمدة ١٠ دقائق ثمة تقدم.
٣- يزين بالصنوبر محمص والكزبرة.

Salaam, I love this dish but I do not understand Arabic, which is a shame as you to not speak in English no more..your dishes are wonderful and enjoy cooking them. Please do in English translation or put ingredients in English..
