Ingredients:
1/2k liver, kidney, heart
1tbsp minced garlic
1tsp black pepper
3tbsp ghee oil
1tsp salt
1tsp cumin powder
garnish cilantro
Recipe:
1. In hot pan add ghee, heart, pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add kidney, pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add liver, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, cook for 2 minutes,
4. Garnish with cilantro.

Liver,kidney smell very strong and harsh, plz also mention tips to wash and get rif of its smell.
Moreover adding oil at start turns the kidney,liver meat black, how to avoid all this

I'm soo happy that i came across this channel while searching for saudi food recipe. TBH i have watched almost all videos in two days. I lived in saudi arabia for 5 years and i miss saudi food. Here in usa, traditional saudi foods are not available like indian food. Some mediterranean restaurants offer some regular arabic food like kabab and rice but not saudi traditional food. I hope now i can make few of my fvrts by watching your videos. If possible can you please make a video of how to make Albaik fried chicken and this saudi dish MADWOOT(i'm not sure the name is correct or not), i know albaik's recipe is a secret but if you find it out then please make one video. As u know like other saudi food albaik is only available in Jeddah and nearby places. I misss albaikkkk a loooooooooooot. I wish there was tourist visa to visit saudi arabia so i can come just for one day to eat albaik. Thanks a lot for these videos and all the best. shukran :)

Kidney is not a plasent tasting meat as stumble over it, didn't liked it all. Heart and Liver taset good loaded with garlic.
